Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to residents of Queensland, aged 18 years or over with a valid Queensland CRN (driver's license number).
Promotion commences at 10.00am AEST on 26/09/2022 and ends at 05:00PM AEST on 30/09/2022 (total "Promotional Period").
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
Purchase one (1) set of plates or finalise an existing plate layby for any set of plates worth $495 or more during the Promotional Period. This includes Colour, Theme, Caption, Euro and all Prestige plate designs (Qualifying Purchase).
Accept PPQ’s terms of sale as per purchase agreement. Terms of sale can be found at PPQ.com.au/terms and choosing “Sales Terms and Conditions”.
New plate laybys, plate restyles, plate remakes, plate trade in, Monochrome series plates, Classic Plates, Q Plates, accessory plates and PPQ gift vouchers are not eligible for the purposes of this Offer. Business Plates (including artwork fee) and Custom Plates (personalised plates featuring corporate logos/slogans/designs) are also not eligible.
Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

One prize winner will be drawn by random computer selection by Publicis Red Lion Pty Limited. Prize winner will consist of the first valid entry selected in accordance with these terms and conditions. Winner will be drawn on Tuesday 4th of October at 09.00 am AEST at Level 2, 99 Melbourne Street, South Brisbane (Prize Draw Date). Winner will be contacted via email and/or mobile supplied on plate order on the Prize Draw Date.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or 1st cousin.
If a prize is not claimed or the entry is deemed invalid by 13:00PM AEST on the Prize Draw Date, a subsequent draw for the next valid entry may take place at 13:00PM AEST on the same Prize Draw Date at the same place as the original draw. The winner will be notified via email or phone.
If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

Any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
Any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
Faking and/or use of a prize.
