There is no limit on spend, you only require a valid receipt from any food retailer at Southgate Sylvania.  Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion is promoted by Jones Lang LaSalle (ABN 37 002 851 925) of Level 8, 644 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Promoter), acting as the managing agent of ISPT Southgate Sylvania Shopping Centre Trust, ABN 11 113 009 273, T/A Southgate Sylvania Cnr Princess Hwy & Port Hacking Road, Sylvania NSW 2224 (Southgate Sylvania).

2. By participating in the ‘Southgate Sylvania Pack Your Pantry Competition’ (Promotion) entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any alterations to these terms and conditions.

3. The Promotion period commences at 9.00am AEDST on Thursday 20 October 2022 and closes at 3pm AEDST on Thursday 17 November, 2022. (Promotion Period). The Promotion will be conducted at Southgate Sylvania (Cnr Princess Hwy & Port Hacking Road, Sylvania NSW 2224). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible or accepted.

The Promotion

4. To enter the Promotion, each entrant must, during the Promotional Period, complete the following steps:
a. Spend any amount at Southgate Sylvania Participating Food Outlet (as outlined in clause 6) (Qualifying Transaction);
b. Upon completing a Qualifying Transaction, entrants must visit www.southgatesylvani.com OR scan the promotional QR code and follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page;
c. Provide details including full name, suburb, postcode, email address for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and upload a copy of their purchase receipt; and then
d. Submit your fully completed entry form.

For clarity, a purchase receipt can only be entered once, regardless of how many Qualifying Transactions on that receipt in excess of one (1). In the event a purchase receipt is not automatically provided to entrants by a member of staff at the time of making their Qualifying Transaction, it is the entrant’s responsibility to request such materials.

Eligibility

5. The following eligibility criteria apply:
a. The Promotion is open to residents of NSW, Australia only.
b. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
c. Employees, contractors and agents of the Promoter, Southgate Sylvania and related entities, and their immediate families, are ineligible. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

6. Only purchase receipts from the following food retailers at Southgate Sylvania (each a “Participating Food Outlet”) will be eligible to be used to enter the Promotion:
a. Bakers Delight
b. Chicken George
c. Donut King
d. Kana Sushi
e. Kenny’s Kebab
f. Koon Kong
g. Muffin Break
h. Nutrition Boss
i. Pavement Café
j. Poseidon’s Harvest
k. Soul Origin

For clarity, major retailers such as Woolworths, Coles and Kmart are specifically excluded from this Promotion.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with (or whom the Promoter reasonably suspects has tampered with) the entry process or the winner selection process or who has otherwise been fraudulent in the course of the Promotion.

8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, misplaced, late or misdirected entries.

9. If requested by the Promoter, an entrant must provide evidence of eligibility to the
Promoter.

10. Incomplete or indecipherable receipts will be deemed invalid.
11. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the follow: (a) one (1) entry per purchase receipt, regardless of how many Qualifying Transactions on that receipt in excess of one (1); (b) only one (1) entry permitted per person per day; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

Draws:
There will be a total of five (5) draws conducted for this promotion consisting of four (4) weekly draws (each a “Weekly Draw”) and one (1) major prize draw (Major Draw). Entries into each draw open and close on the dates/times indicated in the table below. All draws will take place at Latitude, 4C Cecil Place Prahran VIC 3181on the dates/times indicated below. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Prize winners will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) business days. All non-winning entries in each Weekly Draw will NOT be entered into all subsequent Weekly Draws.

Prizes:
12. Weekly Prizes: The first valid entrant drawn in each Weekly draw will each win 30 x Southgate Sylvania food vouchers valued at $10 each. Weekly Prize is valued at $300 each.

13. Major Prize: The first valid entrant drawn in the Major Draw will win the Major Prize. Major Prize is a pack that includes: 1 x $500 Woolworths Supermarket gift voucher and 50 x $10 Sylvania Southgate food gift vouchers to collected by the Major Prize winner once a month for six (6) consecutive months. The total value of the Major Prize is $6,000. Major Prize winner must collect their prize each month from Southgate Sylvania.

14. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. For clarity, no cash will be given as change if the full amount of any gift voucher (including a $10 gift voucher) is not used in full.

15. Prizes to be collected within two (2) months of notification.

16. Gift vouchers are valid until 30 October 2023.

17. The Promoter’s decisions on winners are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a gift card/voucher are not included. Any unused balance of a gift card/voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a gift card/voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card/voucher.

19. If for any reason a winner does not take/redeem a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.

20. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

21. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

22. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on Wednesday 18 January 2023 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner(s), if any, will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) business days.

23. The total prize pool is valued at $7,200.

Privacy and use of personal information
24. In accordance with the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth) the Promoter notifies entrants that entry to the Promotion involves the collection of personal information about entrants, including full name, suburb, post code and email address. This is collected for the purpose of establishing eligibility, carrying out the Promotion. If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Promotion.

25. Each entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information provided in connection with their entry, for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.

26. By providing consent, entrants agree to join the Southgate Sylvania database and the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.

27. The Promoter will also use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://ir.jll.com/privacy-statement/default.aspx. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.

Liability and indemnity
28. To the extent relevant at law the Promoter and its related entities makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the vouchers Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction.
b. a redemption is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
c. any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
d. any dispute relating to the eligibility of the entrant to claim or retain title to the gift, as between the entrant personally and the business that employs them or any other person in whose name qualifying purchases have been made; or
e. any use or redemption of the gift.

29. Each entrant indemnifies the Promoter and its related entities against all claims, loss, damage, costs and expenses (including legal costs) suffered or incurred by the Promoter as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the entrant or the entrant’s conduct in the Promotion or the use of the prize.

30. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, pandemic, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

31. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
