Terms and Conditions for Win a Year's Supply of Blazer Clothes Competition

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the promoter is Austin Clothing, trading as Blazer Clothing of 1320 Malvern Road, Malvern VIC 3144 (ABN 56 789 496 568)(“Promoter”).
The Competition runs from Monday 7th November 2022 to 11:59pm AEDT Sunday 18th December 2022.
Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only.
Directors, management, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter and associated agencies, retailers, suppliers and companies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this Competition.

Only one entry is permitted per customer.
Any costs associated with entering this Competition are the responsibility of each Entrant.
This Competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the Winners.
The Competition draw will be held at 1320 Malvern Road, Malvern VIC 3144 by 5:30pm AEDT on Monday 19th December 2022.
The valid entry drawn (“Winner”) will win: 4x $500 Blazer E-Gift Cards valid for 3 years from the date of issue and available to use at any Blazer retail store and online (not available at wholesale partners such as Myer). Each $500 gift card will be sent to the winner per brand season throughout a 12-month period.
The maximum total value of the Prize awarded is AUD$2000.
The Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
The Winner will be notified via Email by 5:30pm AEDT on Monday 19th December and sent their 1st e-gift card.
The Promoter will take no responsibility if a Winner's details are incorrect or incomplete and the Winner cannot be contacted.
