Entry is only open to NSW, QLD and WA residents who are 18 years and over and are an OwlClub member.

To enter the Promotion and receive one (1) entry into the draw, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

a) purchase any FrostBite, 600ml or 1.25L Coca-Cola variety in a single transaction (“Qualifying Transaction”) from any NightOwl convenience store in NSW, QLD or WA (“Participating Venues”); and

b) scan their unique customer code within the NightOwl app at the register at the time of purchase.

Entrants may gain further entries by playing ‘Flip a Coin’ in the NightOwl app. One (1) flip game is unlocked for every qualifying Coca-Cola purchase.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Every qualifying purchase also unlocks one (1) game of ‘Flip a Coin’ on the NightOwl App. ‘Flip a Coin’ is a random chance game awarding entries

If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the jetski in their own name, then the winner may assign the jetski to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the jetski is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion.

The prize is a Yamaha VX Delux, Jetski 2022 Model. Prize
includes trailer and 6-months registration.
Insurance, petrol and all other ancillary costs with taking
and use of the jet ski are the responsibility of the winner.

The prize needs to be collected from an address in Brisbane.

The winner will be contacted by using the contact details on file with the Promoter within fourteen (14) days of the draw.

Prize must be claimed by 23/05/23 at 12:00 pm ACDT. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be
redrawn on 25/05/23 at 12:00 pm ACDT at NightOwl Convenience, 8 Baildon Street, Kangaroo Point 4169.
The winner of the redraw will be notified by using the contact details on file with the Promoter within
fourteen (14) days of the redraw.
