CHOOSE TO SAIL DURING THE DAY OR AT NIGHT

CHOOSE A CABIN OR RECLINER

If you’re sailing overnight, we love the idea of a cabin, especially if you are travelling with little ones. Cots are available free of charge upon request and subject to availability. You can also choose to travel in a recliner which is a more budget-friendly option available for families with children aged 3 years and older.

There are 222 cabins (two and four-bed options) and 121 recliners on board.

CHOOSE TO WALK ON OR BRING YOUR CAR

This is one of the things that sets Spirit of Tasmania apart – you can bring your own vehicle which is incredibly convenient, especially if you do want to explore Tassie without the hassle of hiring a car or relying on tours.

Some families choose to bring their caravan too and take advantage of the many caravan parks in Tasmania.

And because you’ve got your car, you can bring as much luggage as you want (or can fit). No need to stick to the 7kg carry-on bag rule which is especially great when your daughter announces that all 18 of her Squishmallows want to make the journey too.
