The promoter of this giveaway is Sunflower Skate Co, whose registered office is located in Victoria, Australia.
Entry to the giveaway is open to individuals who are 16 years of age or older, or 13 years of age or older with parental consent, and who are residents of Australia, except for Western Australia residents. Employees of Sunflower Skate Co. and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
The giveaway will run from 12:00 PM AEDT on 29 March 2023 to 12:00 PM AEDT on 29 April 2023. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
To enter the giveaway, participants must follow the @sunflowerskateco Instagram account at the time of the draw. Only one entry per person is allowed.
The prizes being offered are:
1x Skateboard Set valued at $100
4x $10 gift cards valued at $10 each
2x Karaoke vouchers valued at $150 each
The winners will be chosen by a random number generator from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winners will be notified by phone or email within 20 days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond to the notification within 5 days, another winner will be chosen using the same method.
Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used or given to third-party services for marketing purposes only. It will not be sold to third parties.
Proof of identity may be requested if it is believed the applicant provided false information. One prize per person.
The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the giveaway at any time without notice.
