The Promotion commences at 12:01 am AEST on 11 April 2023 and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on 25 April 2023 (Promotion Period). Entry is open to Australian residents, aged 18 years and over who are Velocity Frequent Flyer members, except employees of the Promoter, Virgin Australia employees, employees of agencies associated with this Promotion, and their immediate families (Entrants). To enter the Promotion, Entrants must go to the Velocity Promotion landing page and complete the prompt: (a) “Tell us in 25 words or less what’s new and exciting about Vivid Sydney 2023 and why you simply can’t miss it!”; (b) include their first name, last name, mobile number, email address, Velocity membership number and nearest Australian domestic airport (from which Virgin Australia flies); (c) select “yes” to agree to the Terms and Conditions. There will be 1 ‘Winner’. The Winner will be notified in writing and via the phone after 09:00 am AEST on 5 May 2023. The Winner must accept the Prize by 09:00 am AEST 16 May 2023. There is one Prize (Prize) to be won. The Prize is (a) a return Economy Class flight with Virgin Australia for two adults to Sydney from the Winner’s closest Australian home port serviced by Virgin Australia departing on Saturday 10 June 2023 and returning on Monday 12 June 2023 (if the Winner is not local to Sydney); and (b) two nights’ accommodation for two adults on 10 and 11 June 2023 at the Swissotel Sydney; and (c) two adult tickets to Lightscape at Vivid Sydney; and (d) two adult tickets to Dark Spectrum at Vivid Sydney; and (e) two A reserve tickets to Vivid Ideas Headliner event at Vivid Sydney. The average total prize value is $2,100 AUD (including GST). A Winner may not substitute, assign, exchange, transfer or redeem the Prize for cash.
