Information on how to enter and win the prize are set out under the Schedule and form part of the Terms of Entry. These Terms of Entry constitute each entrant’s agreement with EB Games in relation to the entrant’s participation in the Promotion.

5. Entry Restrictions
The following entry restrictions apply:
Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, who fulfil the Entry Requirements.
Directors, management, employees, officers, representatives and agents (and their Immediate families) of:
EB Games; or.
the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion,
The Walt Disney Company and each of its respective parent, affiliates and subsidiaries (Disney),
are ineligible to enter.
Immediate families mean spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer, representative or agent.
Entrants must have an Instagram or Facebook account with their profiles viewable by all members of the public. Active followers on Instagram or Facebook accounts will form part of the consideration for winner selection criteria.
Entrants must provide their email address, date of birth and name to EB Games on request.
Entrants must have a registered residential address within Australia.
Entrants must not include music, third party intellectual property or any unauthorised materials, in their entry.
Entries must not be unlawful, discriminatory, racist, rude, vulgar, violent in nature, aggressive, defamatory and must not promote, feature or be associated with alcohol, tobacco, firearms, gambling or drugs, must not include pornographic, political or adult-themed material and must not otherwise impugn, detract from or disparage the brand, goodwill or reputation of Zing Pop Culture, EB Games or Disney. Any posts or entries which do not confirm to these restrictions will be permanently removed and deleted.
Entrants must consent to their entry being published on various Zing Pop Culture and EB Games Platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, ebgames.com.au and zingpopculture.com.au.
As part of a campaign to promote Zing Pop Culture/ Disney 100th anniversary after the Promotion Period, the eligible entrant who wins the Prize, must be able to travel, at their sole cost and expense, on designated travel dates between 27th May 2023 and 31st December 2023 (“Campaign”) to various Disney and Zing Pop Culture events and consent to being interviewed and for their photographs, videos and any other material to be published on various Zing Pop Culture, EB Games Platforms and/or Disney Platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, ebgames.com.au, zingpopculture.com.au and/or disney.com.au.
The eligible entrant who wins the Prize will (i) be required to sign a talent appearance deed and release (containing terms and obligations relating to this Promotion and any other terms required by EB Games) directly with EB Games or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion, and (ii) be required to sign a Prize acceptance form with Disney, before accepting the Prize if they wish to accept the Prize.
The eligible entrant who wins the Prize may be required to sign further documents with EB Games and/or Disney (including, but not limited to, indemnity and release form, talent and performer release form) before accepting the Prize.
6. Promotion Period:
The Promotion Period starts at 12.01am (AEST) on 28th April 2023 and ends on 11.59pm (AEST) on 26th May 2023.
The Promoter reserves the right to:
Amend the Promotion Period in its absolute discretion (including closing the Promotion within the Promotion Period); and
Terminate the Promotion.
7. Entry Requirements
The parties agree as follows:
During the Promotion Period, entrants must include the link to a 60 second video to the Zing Pop Culture feature page website (located at
www.zingpopculture.com.au/ZingNumber1DisneyFanAU/competition and to the individuals Instagram or Facebook tagging #ZingNumber1DisneyFanAU, explaining:
What makes them feel they are Zing’s number 1 Disney Pop Culture Fan in Australia and why: examples can be the entrant’s favourite Disney movie moment and why; which Disney Movie release the entrant is looking forward to the most in 2023; a favourite Disney moment the entrant was involved in during their life.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time and on the date that they are received by EB Games.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per entrant across all Platforms (being the Zing Pop Culture feature page website and Instagram or Facebook).
8. Judging Criteria
After the end of the Promotion Period, each valid Entry will be judged (by representatives from Zing Pop Culture and Disney) based on the following criteria:
Meeting the Entry Requirements and Entry Restrictions;
Originality, enthusiasm, creativity, vibrancy, charisma and on-camera presence;
Having a presence in and an appeal for social media;
Demonstrated passion for Disney and Zing Pop Culture;
Suitability for the Promotion
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on all entrants.
9. Prize
There is a total of 1 major prize to be won for 1 eligible winner, which includes:
$40,000 AUD in cash; and Zing Pop Culture EB Games gift vouchers valued at $10,000 face value, provided in 2 gift vouchers valued at $5,000 [inclusive of GST] each. Expiring 2 June 2026.
An undisclosed amount of invitations for the winner to attend various VIP events and an undisclosed amount of Disney movie passes in 2023 for the winner, offered as and when they arise from Disney during the Campaign – subject to availability and the right to cancel any events, if required by EB Games and its agencies or companies associated with this Promotion (including Disney) in their sole discretion.
Zing Pop Culture Disney 100 merchandise valued at $2,000 [inclusive of GST]
1-year Disney+ subscription (as a redemption code) valued at AU$139.00 [inclusive of GST] – subject to those applicable Disney+ subscription terms and conditions set out in Annexure A to these Terms of Entry;
A single 3-day adult Park Hopper ticket for the eligible Contest winner, to access either Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, USA or Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, USA, redeemable only in 2023 and by reservation only on available dates. Estimated retail value of a 3 day Disneyland Resort Park Hopper ticket is $420 USD (value may vary based on selected dates and parks) Estimated retail value of a 3 day Walt Disney World Park Hopper ticket is $506 USD (value may vary based on selected dates and parks) – subject to, those applicable Theme Park ticket terms and conditions set out in Annexure B to these Terms of Entry;
All other ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding GST), travel, meals, hotels, food and drink and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
10. Conditions of Prize
Further conditions apply as follows:
Travel insurance is not included. It is the winner and their guests’ responsibility to arrange adequate travel insurance before travelling, suitable for the winner and their guests needs, for the entire duration of the prize.
EB Games and its agencies or companies associated with this Promotion (including Disney) are not liable for any costs or losses through the winner and their guests’ failure to take out adequate insurance cover.
Prizes may change or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special event requirements and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to EB Games and its agencies or companies associated with this Promotion (including Disney);
The prize and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, or rescheduled to other dates by the winner in any circumstances.
EB Games and its agencies or companies associated with this Promotion (including Disney) reserve the right to substitute elements of the prize at any time any reason. To avoid doubt, in the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, EB Games and its agencies or companies associated with this Promotion (including Disney) reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or suspend, substitute or modify the prize (or any element thereof), subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
There may be specific state or federal government health agency instructions, guidelines and requirements for visitors to the Disney or EB Games events. The prize winner acknowledges that there is a risk that they may be exposed to COVID-19, and they will attend the events (if such events proceed) at their own health and safety risk. Prize winner is solely responsible, at their own cost, for staying updated on and complying with any of the latest restrictions and requirements that may be in place. If the prize winner is under isolation or quarantine orders, they should not attend the events. Such restrictions and requirements are subject to change.By participating in the Promotion, the eligible entrant who wins the Prize agrees that they will be subject to the terms of Disney’s Prize Acceptance form, to be supplied by Disney to the winner, as a condition of the winner accepting the Prize. in connection with the prize.

12. Notification of Winner
The following terms apply:
Zing Pop Culture, EB Games or its agencies or companies associated with this Promotion will contact the winner within seven (7) days of the end of the Promotion Period by Friday 2 June 2023 via:
a private message on Facebook or Instagram from a Zing Pop Culture or EB Games account; or
direct email or phone if details have been submitted.
Failure to respond to Zing Pop Culture, EB Games or its agencies or companies associated with this Promotion within Five (5) Days after contact is made by Zing Pop Culture, EB Games or its agencies or companies associated with this Promotion will result in the winner forfeiting the prize, and an alternative winner will be decided.
All entrants must regularly check their email, voicemail and personal messages on Instagram and Facebook (including the junk section) to avoid missing a notification message from Zing Pop Culture, EB Games or its agencies or companies associated with this Promotion.
Before receiving the Prize, the winner may be required to:
Confirm their identity by providing supporting evidence and documentation;
Provide any document which the Promoter or the Promoter’s insurer request for the purposes of collecting the Prize; and
Sign the prize acceptance form provided by EB Games or its agencies or companies associated with this Promotion (including Disney).
13. Facebook and Instagram
The following terms apply:
EB Games reserves the right to solicit for entrants on Facebook and Instagram and invite them to enter the Promotion.
When entering this Promotion, entrants agree to release Facebook and Instagram from all liability and claims arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or these Terms of Entry.
Entrants acknowledge and agree that an entry must be in accordance with any Facebook and Instagram policies relating to promotions and competitions and can be removed at any time by EB Games or otherwise in accordance with Facebook and Instagram policies relating to promotions and competitions.
The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to EB Games.
When entering the Promotion, entrants are providing information to EB Games and not to Facebook and Instagram.
Costs associated with accessing Facebook and Instagram accounts remain an entrant’s responsibility and may vary depending on the internet service or telecommunications provider used.
14. Right to sublicence, assign or novate
EB Games may sublicence, assign or novate its rights under these Terms of Entry to any agencies or companies associated with this Promotion.
15. Unclaimed Prize Allocation
If a winning entry is deemed invalid, or the prize is not accepted by the winner, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and EB Games will decide an alternative winner in accordance with the Terms of Entry.
