This campaign is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and residents of Australia or New Zealand.

The campaign period will run from April 26th, 2023, to May 15th, 2023.

• To enter the campaign, customers must purchase a gift card from any City Cave location or the City Cave online store at www.citycave.com.au during the campaign period.

• To ensure contact details are captured, customers must be logged into a City Cave account in their name when making the Gift Card purchase online.

• Each gift card purchase by a City Cave account holder will automatically enter the customer into the prize draw (provided their contact details have been provided at the time of purchase).

• Gift card recipients will receive one (1) entry into the competition draw by registering the gift card online by following the link in the recipient email or by scanning the QR code on the digital gift card or flyer that accompanies the gift card.

• The prize includes two adult flights to Bali, Indonesia from selected Australian and New Zealand airports and a five-night stay at Alila wellness resort, Ubud Bali.

• The prize is non-exchangeable for cash or any other form of compensation.

• The prize must be claimed within 6 months of the winner being notified.

• The prize may be subject to change by City Cave at any time.

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the campaign period.

• The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the prize draw.

• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected at random.
