These terms and conditions apply to all those competitions. Any entry to a competition run on www.sherpa.com.au, the Sherpa Outdoors Facebook page and the Sherpa Outdoors Instagram feed are deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 Competitions are only open to individuals who:

are residents of Australia;
are aged 18 years or older, or are under 16 years of age and have obtained their parent or guardian’s consent to enter this competition and whose parent or guardian have agreed to these Terms and Conditions;
are not employees or contractors of Sherpa Outdoor Gear or any other entity associated with this competition;
are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling of such an employee or contractor.
Entry is limited to one per person. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Sherpa Outdoors accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete or lost entries. By entering this competition, you give Sherpa Outdoors permission to use your full name and address suburb or town for winner announcements.
 
The winner will be determined by a random data process draw at Sherpa Outdoos. The winner will be notified via an email from Sherpa Outdoors. The winner will also be announced on a Sherpa Outdoors Facebook post, www.sherpa.com.au and an email to all entrants.
 
Where a winner fails to provide their details to Sherpa Outdoors within seven-days the prizes will be subject to re-draw. Sherpa Outdoors decision is final, and no correspondence or communication will be entered into in relation to the selection of the Winners or any other aspect of this Competition.
