Terms & Conditions
These are the Terms and Conditions for the Adelaide Festival Centre’s 50th Anniversary Concert and Exhibition Ticket Competition (“the Competition”).
The promoter is Corporation of the City of Adelaide (Council).
To enter this Competition, participants must complete the competition form here.
Entry in the Competition is free of charge.
In order to be eligible to enter the Competition, entrants must:
be aged 18 years or older;
be a South Australian resident. (“Eligible Entrant”)
One entry is permitted per email address, and each entry will have an equal chance of winning.
The Competition and Promotion Period opens on Friday 26 May 9:30 am ACST and closes on Wednesday 31 May 9:00 am ACST (“Promotion Period”).
The prize pool consists of five double passes to The Adelaide Festival Centres 50th Anniversary Concert and Exhibition on Friday 2 June 2023. Each double pass is valued at $40.
Prize/s is/are not redeemable for cash.
The winner/s will be selected at random by the City of Adelaide. The draw will be performed using a computer generated process, and will take place at 25 Pirie Street on Wednesday 31 May 2023 at 10:00 am ACST.
The winner/s will be notified by the City of Adelaide via phone on Wednesday 31 May 2023 through the phone number by which they entered the Competition.
If the winner/s does/do not respond by Thursday 1 June 2023 at 10:00 am ACST, or is/are unable to accept the prize, another winner/s will be drawn from the Eligible Entrants. The prize will be redrawn using a random computer process.
Upon confirmation with the winner/s, the City of Adelaide will distribute the prize.
Decisions made in relation to any aspect of this Competition are final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
City of Adelaide staff, AEDA staff and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition.

Should the prize become unavailable due to the COVID 19 pandemic, City of Adelaide will use its best endeavours to provide the winner/s with an alternative prize.
