Competition opens 09:30am AEDT on 21/05/2023 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 16/07/2023. Total prize pool is at a maximum of $10,000.00. Winner drawn at Permitz Group Pty Ltd at 19 Brisbane Water Drive Koolewong NSW 2256 on 18/07/2023 at 9:30am AEST. Winner will be contacted by email and published winners for 90 days within five business days of the draw. The Promoter is JB Hi-Fi Group Pty Ltd (ABN 37 093 114 286) of Podium Level, 60 City Road Southbank, VIC 3006.

One (1) prize winner (the Winner) will receive the following:

3. Prize Package is for one (1) winner and guest, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time. Winner must contact prize provider with three (3) preferred travel dates in three (3) separate months no later than six (6) weeks prior to departure. Prize cannot be taken over the months of December and January, including Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the prize package destination or the country of departure. Accommodation is based on two (2) people sharing a room (double occupancy).
4. Return economy flights (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) from select major international airports (SPECIFIC LIST OF DEPARTURE AIRPORTS WILL BE PROVIDED TO EACH TERRITORY) to Cairns, QLD, Australia, flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available, flight itinerary will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion.
5. Accommodations for five (5) nights in one (1) double occupancy room for one (1) winner and guest in an eco-lodge with daily breakfast in the Daintree Rainforest, QLD, Australia. The trip must include a Saturday night stay. Accommodations will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion.
6. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must be Australian residents and, during the Promotional Period:
a. pre-order or purchase a copy of Avatar 2: The Way Of The Water on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-Ray or DVD (from JB Hi-Fi in-store or via the online website (Eligible Purchase); and
b. visit online entry form
i. fill out the entry form, providing their full name, email & phone number;
ii. input the online order number or store receipt number;
iii. upload a scan/photo of their receipt (if purchased in-store);
iv. agree to the competition’s terms and conditions.
7. Only one entry per person will be permitted. Entrants found to be submitting multiple entries may have all entries invalidated.
8. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of an entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to the Prize. The purchase receipt must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
9. At least one person (winner) travelling must be 21 years or over. If the winner is under 18 then his/her guest must be his/her parent or guardian. The Winner’s guest must be 18 years or over unless the Winner is the guest’s parent or legal guardian.
10. Unless otherwise stated, the winner and guest are to make their own way to and from all prize inclusions.
11. This promotion is a game of chance and winners will be drawn at random, in accordance with clauses 11 and clause 25 (if applicable).
12. A draw will be conducted by Permitz Group Pty Ltd at 19 Brisbane Water Drive Koolewong NSW 2256 on 18 July 2023 at 09:30am AEST. All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be included in the draw.
13. There will be a total of one (1) winner.
14. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

name of the winners will be published on 25 July 2023 for 90 days .
16. If, for some reason, a winner is not available to redeem the Prize during the eligible dates, the
Promoter reserves the right to consider this forfeiture of the Prize and select another winner.
17. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms
and Conditions must be read together with the terms provided on the Promotion entry page. In the event of any conflict, the terms on the entry page supersede any conflicting terms in these Terms and Conditions.
18. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions or for any other reason.
19. Only one entry per person will be permitted. Entry is limited to one purchase of a copy of Avatar 2: The Way Of The Water on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-Ray or DVD from a participating JB Hi-Fi retailer nationally. Any additional entries citing the same receipt number and barcode will be disqualified. Employees of the Promoter, their partners, agents and suppliers associated with the Promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
20. Any entrant under the age of 18 must obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian before entering the Promotion.
21. Entry into the Promotion is free. Any costs associated with accessing the entry page are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
22. ThePromoterreservestheright,atanytime,toverifythevalidityofentriesandentrants(including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or with the terms on the entry page or who tampers with the entry process.
23. The Promoter will attempt to notify the winner after each draw referred to in clause 25 within two business days from the date of draw of the winners. Contact will be made via personal email.
24. If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within 90 days from the date of draw of the winners after having made reasonable efforts to do so using the information provided on the winner’s online entry form, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entry, in which case clause 25 will apply.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of a winner not being an Eligible Entrant, not having complied with these Terms and Conditions or not being able to be contacted by the Promoter within 90 days from the date of draw of the winners after the Promoter having made reasonable efforts to do so. If a redraw is necessary, it will be conducted by Permitz Group Pty Ltd at 19 Brisbane Water Drive Koolewong NSW 2256 on 24 October 2023 at 11:00am AEST, subject to any written direction given under applicable law. Any winner determined in accordance with this clause 25 will be notified by email within two business day from the date of draw of the winners and their names will be published online for 90 days after the date of draw of the winners.

30. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses, and anything not expressly stated in the prize package. Accommodations do not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, will be the responsibility of the Recipients.
31. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available.

33. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split across
