This notice of withdrawal is to be sent to the Controller by post (Verlag A.Vogel AG, Alte Haslenstrasse 5, CH-9053 Teufen AR, Switzerland) or by e-mail at: info@verlag-avogel.ch. The legality of the data processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal shall remain unaffected by the withdrawal. If the consent is not withdrawn, it shall be deemed granted for an unlimited period of time. The consent is granted voluntarily. No disadvantages shall arise from the refusal to grant consent or from the withdrawal of consent.


Conditions of participation

All natural persons over the age of 18 with a residential address in Australia can take part in the raffle. Participants who are minors must have the consent of their legal guardians. The existence of such consent may be verified by the organiser. By participating in the contest, the participant agrees to the conditions of participation.

No entry fee or purchase is required to enter the raffle.

The draw ends on 31.12.2023, midnight. The winners will be informed personally at the beginning of 2024. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the raffle. The legal process is excluded.

The organisation is carried out exclusively by A.Vogel.

The contest price includes a tour of the A.Vogel facilities in Roggwil TG and Teufen AR, including a medicinal plant show garden.

A possible extension of the stay can be made in direct consultation with A.Vogel and Hotel Heiden.
