Rules and Conditions of Play
1. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
2. To be eligible to participate and win, entrants must be financial members of The
Epping Club Ltd and hold a valid 2023 membership card.
3. This is a Venue wide promotion connected to all POSs and Loyalty devices throughout
the Venue, except those connected to gaming machines
4. Entrance to the Promotion is open to all Members who pay by cash, EFTPOS or by
spending their E Plus membership points, for any purchases throughout the club.
5. The “Win a Ford Puma Car Promotion 2023” commences Thursday 1st June 2023
and the draw will take place on Thursday 2nd November 2023 (known as the
Promotional Period).
6. Tickets are printed for the draw in the following ways:
• Members can receive up to 6 tickets into the draw from the E Plus rewards centres
located at the front doors of the Club and Casino lounge every day of the above stated
promotional period.
• All members receive a Bonus Car Draw ticket and a Bonus Cash draw ticket on the
night of the draw.
• By tendering a sale of any kind and using pay by points, cash or EFTPOS option to pay
for total of goods at any Point of Sale (POS) terminal venue wide. A Membership E Plus
card must be presented prior to completion of that sale. Approximately 1 (one) Ticket
will be earned for every $20.00/ (2000 points) of spend at that register (POS).
• No tickets can be earned from direct play or pays of any gaming machine.
• No tickets can be earned from Functions or Events sales.
• All tickets will be printed and given to the member at the time of purchase. It is the
responsibility of the member to place their ticket into the barrel provided and no
tickets will be replaced if lost or stolen or forgotten on the night.
• A member may not use another member’s card to gain entries into the “Win a Ford
Puma Car Promotion 2023”as described on all swipe terminals and Gaming Rules &
Conditions. This action may result in forfeiting all chances in the draw by all members
concerned.
7. Entrants will be included in the prize promotion only when they have placed their
tickets into the barrel provided (showing their membership number) obtained from a
POS redemption station or E Plus Swipe Terminal.
8. Members are permitted to collect as many tickets as they wish during this promotion.
9. “Win a Ford Puma Car Promotion 2023” will take place at the Epping Club, 45-47
Rawson Street Epping, NSW from approx. 8.40pm on Thursday 2nd November 2023.
10. Tickets will cease printing through the POS terminals and E Plus reward Terminals at
8.30pm.
11. Entrants must be present at the “Win a Ford Puma Car Promotion 2023” and
produce their identification, including their valid 2023 membership card to be
eligible to win and claim any prize.
12. At the commencement of the Promotion, the Host will announce that entries to the
barrel will close at 8.40pm. Only when this is complete can the Promotion begin.
13. This Promotion requires Ten (10) individual Members to be selected from the barrel
of entrants on the Draw night. These entrants will join the 5 pre-selected members
(selected by 5 x monthly Promotions) to make a total of 15 (fifteen) entrants into the
Car Draw. These will be known as the Finalists for the Promotion.
14. Pre-Draw Monthly Promotion; _ All members Promotion.
• Pre- Draw monthly promotions will take place on Tuesday 27th June, 25th July,
29th August, 26th September & 31st October 2023.
• Members swipe their membership card through the E Plus Swipe Terminal from
7.00am and place their tickets into the barrel (located in the foyer from
6.00pm)
• 5 members drawn each night to play a game of chance
• 1 x Guarantee Car Draw Entrant, 4 x $200 Cash winners each week- $800.00
weekly.
• Once a member has won an entry into the Car Draw they are NOT eligible to
play further Weekly Draws
• Member can only be drawn once each week
• Total cash $4000.00 (5 x $800 monthly prize money)
• Members that win entry through the Pre draw Promotion must be present at
the Car Draw on. If, for any reason they cannot attend the draw, a replacement
entrant will be drawn from the barrel on the Car draw night.
15. At approx. 8.40pm on Thursday 2nd November 2023, the host, manager, or assistant,
will draw a single ticket from the barrel and will then announce the membership
name and number printed on the ticket.
16. The member whose ticket has been drawn from the barrel will have 4 (four) minutes
to make themselves known to the host. If the member has not presented themselves
within the required time a re-draw will take place. This procedure will take place
until Ten (10) participants have been found. Announcements will be made
throughout the club via the internal PA system. Members can only be called once to
participate in this promotion.
17. Each member in turn will choose a promotion prop/key which will reveal their prize
won (either Car Winner or Runner up).
18. The prize will be provided as is on display/advertised. The prize is as follows;

19. Tickets are not transferable to another member.
20. Bonus points accumulated by members as part of the E PLUS Loyalty program do not
form part of the “Win a Ford Puma Car Promotion 2023”.
21. Tickets accrued from the “Win a Ford Puma Car Promotion 2023” cannot be
carried over to any other promotion.
22. Entrance in “Win a Ford Puma Car Promotion 2023” promotion, implies
permission for the Epping Club to use the name and photograph of a winning
member in any reasonable promotion by the Epping Club, unless a request not to do
so is made by the winning member to the Club.
23. The laws of NSW will govern the “Win a Ford Puma Car Promotion 2023”
24. The decisions of the Epping Club Management are final and no correspondence will
be entered into.
25. Directors, Management, Employees and Contractors of the Epping Club are not
eligible to participate in the Promotion.
26. Participation in the “Win a Ford Puma Car Promotion 2023” indicates acceptance
of Rules and Conditions governing the Epping Club.
27. The “Win a Ford Puma Car Promotion 2023” operates under NSW Trade
Promotion Authority Number TP/00212.
28. Announcements will only be made in the in the common areas of the club including
but not limited to the Foyer, 45oR Bar, Rawson’s and Casino.
29. Announcements will not be made in any function room.
