By submitting an entry, you (the entrant) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promoter is Ardent Leisure Limited (ABN 22 104 529 106) trading as Dreamworld and is located at Dreamworld, Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera, QLD, 4209
The promotional period commences on Wednesday 7 June 2023 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 20 June 2023. Entries must be received by the Promoter during this period.
Entry is open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years or over.
The directors, management and employees of Dreamworld, WhiteWater World, SkyPoint, Dreamworld Night Market and their immediate relatives (including children, niece, nephew, grandchildren or siblings) are ineligible to enter the competition.
To enter, entrants must enter their details into the competition website page on the Dreamworld website.
There are fifty (50) prizes to be won as part of this competition.
Each prize comprises: 4 x entries to the Giant Drop Reopening Event at the Dreamworld Night Market taking place from 6PM – 8PM on Friday 23 June 2023, canape-style food options and 3 x selected beverages during the event and the opportunity to ride The Giant Drop during the event (for any winners and those accompanying them who meet the rider requirements which can be found here: Dreamworld | The Giant Drop).
Total prize pool is valued at $15,000.
This competition is a Category 4 trade promotion, and the selection of the winners will be made randomly. The winners will be selected at Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera QLD 4209 on 21 June 2023. The winners will be notified by email or mobile on 22 June 2023. The selection of the winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that a winner does not claim their prize by the time stipulated, then they forfeit that prize and a redraw of that prize will occur and the next winner will be contacted.
The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss).
The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry, or if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
