TYLER X OPUS CAMPERS – OP4 CAMPER GIVEAWAY

1. The Promoter is:
TYLER THOMPSON (ABN - 567 636 10821) of address: 5509, PORT MACQUARIE BC, NSW 2445 AUSTRALIA

The abovementioned companies will be hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter.’

2. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New South Wales law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

3. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.


The rules of the competition and the prize for winner are as follows:


4.a. To enter the competition an entrant must purchase a Giveaway Item which includes any t-shirt, any hoodie or the promotional giveaway pack from the following website: www.tylerthompson.com.au.


4.b. For each Giveaway item the entrant receives 1 ENTRY into the competition


4.c. The maximum number of total entries for the competition will be at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Maximum number of total entries per participant is 100.

4.d. To be eligible to win the competition the entrant must permanently reside in Australia.

4.e. To be eligible to win the competition the entrant must be at least 16 years of age at the time of entry into the competition.

4.f. The Promoter may in its discretion request proof of identification and proof of residency from any entrant.

4.g. The entrant must have completed payment or in the case of cheques payment must be cleared in order for their entries to be valid.

4.h. By purchasing from one of the Giveaway Items between the date of 7am (AEST) Sunday 28TH MAY 2023 and 6pm (AEST) Friday 30TH JUNE 2023 you are agreeing to share your email address with Opus Campers for marketing purposes and to receive marketing correspondence from them.

4.i. Opening date for entry will be 7am (AEST) Sunday 28TH MAY 2023. Before this date no entries to the competition will be permitted.

4.j. Closing date for entry will be 6pm (AEST) Friday 30TH JUNE 2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.


5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

6.a. The Prize which is being offered by the Promoter as part of the competition is a Opus OP4 Camper (the Prize) valued approximately at thirty four thousand nine hundred and ninety nine Australian dollars ($34,999.00) (the Value).

6.b. The prize has previously been owned and used by the Promoter for 12 months. The prize is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantees of zero wear and tear. Minor damage naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear, aging and use. We will do our best to ensure it is in good, clean, working condition.

6.c. The Promoter are not to be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur while using or transporting the Prize once it has left our location.

7. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.


8. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

9. Winner will be drawn at random at 6pm (AEST) Sunday 9TH JULY 2023 on the Promoters (@TYLZZZ) instagram.

10.a. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date by email and/or PHONE in which has been provided at the time of entering the competition.

10.b. The entrant is responsible for ensuring the correct telephone number and/or email is provided and they are contactable within a reasonable time.

10.c. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

11. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/dropped.

12. The Promoter will be responsible for transportation costs of the Prize however, the winner of the competition will be responsible for vehicle registration and the costs associated with obtaining permits that are required by the State or Territory in which they live.

13. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. No refund will be given if the Prize is lost, stolen or damaged.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

16. The Prize is subject to New South Wales legislation. The winner will be responsible for their own due diligence as to whether the Prize meets the requirements of the State or Territory in which they live.

17. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or affects or attempts to affect the fairness and proper conduct of the entry process.

18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

19. The winner’s name will be published on the Promotor social media and/or website.

20. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
