These terms and conditions apply to the Ultimate Movie Lovers Pack Competition ("Promotion"). The Promoter is Sanity Music Stores Pty Ltd, ABN 61 072 187 298, Unit 59 Greenway Wetherill Park 1187 The Horsley Drive Wetherill Park NSW 2164.
Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is only open to persons who enter their details during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Persons”) online at sanity.com.au.
Employees of Sanity Entertainment and its associated retail brands, fulfilment partners and their immediate families are not eligible for entry.
The Promotion commences 00:01am AEST on 01/07/2023 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 31/07/2023. (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be collected.
To enter the Promotion, Eligible Persons must, within the Promotional Period, enter their full name, address, and a 25 words or less answer to the question “What is your favourite movie of all time & why”
Only one entry is valid per person per purchase. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, IT errors or not completed properly, and such entries may not go into the prize draw for the Promotion.
Please note entry is open to Australian residents only.
Our judges will collect the entries once the Promotion has been completed and select the winners based on the merit of the answers received, with creativity and originality taken into consideration. The winners will be contacted by email and have their name published here http://bit.ly/1GSbDeF
There will be 3 winner(s) who will each receive the prize of A Laser DVD Player with HDMI, Composite And USB - Multi Region, A $500 Sanity Voucher & A Product Pack (Puzzles, Games, Pop Vinyl).
The personal information and any other information supplied by Entrants when entering this Promotion will be collected and used by Sanity Music Stores Pty Ltd (Sanity) for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Promotion including but not limited to, determining the winner of the Promotion and delivery of the prize. Entrant’s details will be added to Sanity’s marketing database for the purpose of receiving future marketing and promotional materials.
