Entry is open to those who have purchased any CRC Evapo-rust range product, sku’s EVR1, EVR5, 1753336 during the promotional period.
Employees of the Promoter and their associated re-sellers and companies are ineligible to enter.
For people under the age of 18 years, parental permission is required to enter and collect the prize if they are the winner.
Entry into the competition is via participation, which is via the entry form located at crcindustries.com.au. which includes an agreement to these terms & conditions.
The winner must show proof of purchase of any CRC Evapo-rust range product. There is a limit of 1 entry per person.
The promotion of any purchase of any CRC Evapo-rust range product must be within the promotional period which commences 01/07/2023 and closes at 11.59 pm AEDST on 30/09/2023. Entries close 08/10/2023.
There is 1 (one) prize to be awarded during the promotional period, a Suzuki DR-Z125L Dirt Bike valued at AUD RRP$5,090.
The winner will receive a Suzuki DR-Z125L Dirt Bike.
The prize bike decals/stickers may differ from those featured in the advert.
The prize will be delivered to the winner by Suzuki Australia.
The Suzuki DR-Z125L prize bike is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

If the prize is unavailable, an alternative will be arranged at the promoters’ discretion.
The draw will take place at CRC Industries Australia 9 Gladstone Road, Castle Hill, NSW, 2154 on 11/10/23 at 11.30 am for entries received up to 8/10/23.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of identity, residential address of winners at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity, and other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the Promoter’s discretion, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way with interfering or tampering with the conduct of the promotion.
The winner will be notified via email within two days of the draw and have their names published on the Promoters website at
www.crcindustries.com.au by 21/10/2023.
The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on 10/11/2023 at 11.30 am in order to distribute a prize if any remain unclaimed by that date, subject to any relevant legislation. If such a draw is required, the winner will be notified via email and have their name published on the Promoters website at
www.crcindustries.com.au by 20/11/2023.
