  Entry Method

  Entrants may enter the Promotion in any of the following ways:
1. Website and Nova Player App Entry Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register their details in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“How would you impress Kate Ritchie for her Impreza?”
OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required under the ‘Win’ tab on the Nova Player App and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“How would you impress Kate Ritchie for her Impreza?”
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
AND
Appear On-Air
At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) select up to ten (10) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website
 
         and Nova Player App Entries (Selected Entrant) and place them on the standby list for that day (Standby List);
(b) contact a Selected Entrant from the relevant Standby List for that day on either their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number) and invite them to appear on-air;
(c) if the Selected Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or before the call goes to voicemail (the earlier of) and successfully appears on-air for the purpose of the Promotion, they will be deemed a finalist (Finalist) and added to the finalist list (Finalist List) (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter);
(d) if the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their Personal Contact Number in accordance with clause (b) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact another Selected Entrant from the relevant day’s Standby List (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on their Personal Contact Number in the same manner as outlined above.
This process may be repeated until a Selected Entrant successfully answers their phone in accordance with clause (c) above and is deemed a Finalist and added to the Finalist List (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
2. Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) entrants will be invited by the Promoter to call 13 24 10 within a specified time period;
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, up to ten (10) entrants will be randomly selected by the Promoter (each a Selected Entrant) and invited to appear on-air;
(c) if a Selected Entrant successfully appears on-air (as determined by the Promoter in its sole), they will be deemed a Finalist, and added to the Finalist List (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter).
(d) If for any reason a Selected Entrant is unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or if the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or unreachable for any reason the Promoter (at its sole and absolute discretion) may decide to replace that Selected Entrant by selecting another entrant who successfully called within the specified time period and invite them to appear on-air as a Selected Entrant. The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air as a Selected Entrant.
Each Finalist will be invited to attend the Prize Draw Event.
3. Prize Draw Event
Between 6:00am AEST and 9:00am AEST, on Friday 11 August 2023, the Promoter will conduct the Prize Draw Event at the Promoter’s Premises.
At the Prize Draw Event, the Promoter will conduct a draw in accordance with the Draw Details set out below.
The fist valid entrant drawn from the Finalist List will be deemed the winner and awarded the Prize. To be deemed a valid entrant, Finalists must:
(a) attend the Prize Draw Event and successfully register with a representative of the Promoter by the specified time (to be determined and advised by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion closer to the Prize Draw Event date).
(b) be present at the Prize Draw Event. If the first valid entry drawn is not present at the Prize Draw Event at the time of the Draw and they do not make themselves known to a representative of the Promoter within five (5) minutes of the Draw taking place, (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will not be awarded the Prize, and the next valid entry drawn from the Draw will be awarded the Prize (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
             
    (c) Comply with all Entry Restrictions and Prize Restrictions.
   10.
  Entry Restrictions
  Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number, to be eligible for the Prize and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for the Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a Finalist.
   11.
   Draw Details

   One (1) draw will be conducted, as follows:
• Between 6:00am – 9:00am AEST Friday 11 August 2023 at the Promoter’s premises.
The fist valid entry drawn from the Finalist List will be deemed the winner and awarded the Prize.

There is one (1) Prize to be won, comprising of:

One (1) x Blue 2019 Subaru Impreza Hatchback, 2.0IAWDLTD 20 FI, AUTO with 44,000 KM, including:
o all statutory and on road costs;
o Vehicle registration until 19 December 2023; and
o Compulsory Third Party Insurance Policy (Green Slip), until 19 December 2023,
(Car) valued at up to AUD $35,000 (incl. GST).
Please note that the Car component of the Prize does not include any additional insurance,
licence/s, other accessories, or any other ancillary costs not listed in this Prize section; and
Up to twenty (20) x minor prizes decided upon by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion). These minor prizes will be announced on-air throughout the Promotion Period, and will hold a combined value of up to AUD $10,000 (incl. GST).
   13.
   Prize Restrictions

   Non-transferable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Additional documentation
The Prize winner will be required to sign the Promotor’s indemnity and release form, any motor vehicle disposal documentation as required by Transport for NSW and any documentation as determined by
         
          the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion). For the avoidance of doubt, if a Prize winner refuses to sign any Additional Documentation, they will not be deemed a valid entrant and will be disqualified from the Promotion and a new winner will be drawn from the Finalist List.
Australian driver’s licence
Entrants must be the holder of a current Australian driver’s licence at the Prize Claim Date.
Insurance
The Prize winner will be required to obtain insurance prior to collecting the Car.

   Unclaimed Prize Draw

   If required the unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 9:00am AEST on Friday 10 November 2023 at the Promoter’s premises.
   19.
  Prize Delivery

  The Prize will be available for collection by the winner from the Promoter's premises following the Prize Draw.
Registration
The Promoter will register the Prize winner as the new owner of the Car with Service NSW on the day of the Prize Draw.
    20.
  Additional Conditions
  The Car is a previously owned vehicle. The Promoter is not responsible for any defects, modifications or imperfections arising from previous use of the Car and the Promotor makes no representations and gives no warranties regarding its condition or service history. The Prize winner accepts the Car on an as is, where is basis.
The Car does not include any additional insurance, licence/s, other accessories or any other ancillary costs not listed in this Prize section.
Car value is based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of these Promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in the Car value between now and the ultimate date the Car is taken.
