   Entry into the Promotion commences at: 12pm AEST Wednesday 12 July 2023 Entry into the Promotion closes at: 2pm AEST Tuesday 18 July 2023.

   Maximum Number of Entries

   Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they wish, however, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.

  Entry Method

During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register their details in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:

Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“Why do you want to see Barbie on the big screen?”

At various times during the Promotion Period representatives of the Promoter will:
(a) select up to five (5) entrant/s judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website and Nova Player App Entries submitted up until that stage during the Promotion Period (Selected Entrant);
(b) invite the Selected Entrant/s to appear on-air to be awarded a Major Prize.
 
          At various times during the Promotion Period representatives of the Promoter will:
(a) select up to nine (9) entrant/s judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website and Nova Player App Entries submitted up until that stage during the Promotion Period (Selected Entrant) and award them a Minor Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter will invite the Selected Entrant deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entry (based on the Judging Criteria) from all Selected Entrant/s to participate in the On-Air Challenge first, and will invite the Selected Entrant deemed to have submitted the next ‘best’ entry (based on the Judging Criteria) to participate in the On-Air Challenge.

 Entry Restrictions
 Guesses must be made on-air
Entrants may only submit guesses on-air as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses submitted in any other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win Major Prize
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for the Prize (Personal Contact Number) and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
2pm AEST and 4pm AEST on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.

  Judging

  All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 2pm AEST Wednesday 19 July 2023 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.

   Judging Criteria
Clause 4
   All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.

There are up to insert five (5) Major Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• 2 x Invites to a private screening of Barbie at The Rivoli, Camberwell on Thursday 20th July.
• 1 Night Accommodation on Thursday 20th July with a ‘Hygge Accommodation Package’ at
Ovolo South Yarra.
• Return flights from the winners nearest capital city airport to Melbourne (only included if the
winner lives out of state). Valued at up to AUD $750 (incl GST).
Minor Prize
There are up to nine (9) Minor Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• 2 x Invites to a private screening of Barbie at The Rivoli, Camberwell on Thursday 20th July.
Valued at up to AUD $100 (incl GST).

   Prize Restrictions

   Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on Thursday 20th July 2023. Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
