This Friday 11 August, local hardcore-metal group Geld perform Live at RRR. Hosted by Stu Carlson of Brutal Realms.

Geld love to break the rules. Fast and furious, their singular sound blends hardcore’s bleakest violence with metal’s ruthless strength-through-conviction. The Naarm four-piece’s abrasive take on the genre is distorted through a lens of fuzzed out psych soundscapes; vocals truly sound like unhinged barks, while guitars, bass, and drums crash against one another frenetically. This unhinged approach has garnered them a cult following, and recently saw them signed to iconic metal imprint Relapse Records. Devil horns up!
