4. To enter, individuals must:

• Complete the competition Entry Form supplied by nextra Group Staff;
• Enter at participating stores and;
• Be willing to participate in promotional activity as stated in Clause 3.
5. Limit one (1) Entry Form per purchase including a Greeting Card/s at any participating nextra Group Outlet.

13. If any portion of the Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or that element of the Prize, for a Prize of similar theme and of equal value, subject to State regulation and subsequent approval.
