The Promoter is Beerenberg Farm whose registered office is at Mount Barker Road, Hahndorf SA 5245
The winning prize is valued at $265.40.
There is only one prize available to be won.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions

You have the right to unsubscribe from The Beerenberg Family Farm and Russell Hobbs emails at any time via a link provided at the bottom of all email communications

Employees of The Beerenberg Family Farm and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the company or its partners in the delivery of the competition are ineligible to enter

The winner will be picked and announced 7th September 2023
No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason
Entry is free and to be submitted online only. One entry per email address will be accepted
Winners will be chosen by random by an electronic system
The prize winner agrees to the use of their name and address suburb for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation. If for any reason any winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash
Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition
The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia
