Entry to the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
All entry instructions and prize information published by the promoter form part of these terms and conditions.
The promotion commences at 8:30am on the 1st of October 2023, and ends at 5:00pm 16th of December 2023 (Promotion Period) (AEST)
The promotion is a game of chance.
To enter, entrant must during the promotion period, purchase and take delivery of any New & Demo Mitsubishi Outlander at either Motorama Mitsubishi Moorooka, Motorama Mitsubishi Springwood, Motorama Mitsubishi Browns Plains.
Rental and government customers are not eligible. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter are not eligible.
Entrants will receive one entry per vehicle purchased and delivered.
There will be 1 major prize draws across the promotion period;
Prize draw will take place on 18th December 2023 for entrants made during the promotion period. The winner will receive Free Fuel for One Year, valued at $3600.00.
All entrants that are compliant with these terms will be entered into a draw, with the winner being selected at random from eligible entries on the 18th of December 2023.
The winner of the major prize draws will be announced via social media on 18th December 2023. The winner will also be contacted directly to organise prize collection which will need to be collected at the dealership.
If a prize winner rejects the prize for whatever reason, or does not claim their prize in accordance with the notification or other instruction by the promoter, their prize will be redrawn.
The prize winner must provide any information and cooperation reasonably required by the promoter to arrange for the prize to be provided to the prize winner.
The total value of the entire prize pool is $3600.00. The total value is based on a rate of $300 per month for a period of 12 months.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
