Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
Entries into the promotion open on 16/10/23 and close at 11:59pm AEDST on 11/12/23 (“Promotional Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotional Period will not be eligible.
To be eligible to enter the promotion, entrants must complete the following steps during
the Promotional Period:
• visit online entry form and follow the prompts to the online form provided;
• input the requested details including their full name, email, address, phone number, State/Territory and date of birth; and then
• fulful all requirements of the entry form, as specified.
6. Entrants will be eligible to gain up to five (5) additional entries into the draw for
completing each of the following actions:
• visiting the Promoter’s chosen Facebook page (two (2) additional entries);
• visiting the Promoter’s chosen Instagram page (two (2) additional entries);
• sharing the promotion on social media, via email or via SMS using the link
provided on the promotion entry page (five (5) additional entries);
• viewing the specified page on the Promoter’s website (one (1) additional entry);
and
• completing all actions as specified above (five (5) additional entries).

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first valid entry drawn will each win the Prize, valued at $10,000 (“Prize”). Prize includes:
A 1-on-1 private design consultation with Alisa and Lysandra Fraser at winner’s residential house (maximum of four (4) hours) valued at $5,000. For clarity, Alisa and Lysandra Fraser will meet with the winner (in person) in any residential address in Australia. Alisa and Lysandra Fraser will not consult on business addresses/premises (including commercial construction); and $5,000 worth of Lysaght products.
Prize is subject to exclusions and/or block out periods and must be taken between within 12 months, and is subject to the availability of Alisa and Lysandra Fraser.
The “consultation with Alisa and Lysandra Fraser" element of the Prize is not guaranteed and are subject to the goodwill of Alisa and Lysandra on the day. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and will not offer any alternative in the event that this element of the Prize cannot be offered for any reason.
In the event that an element of the Prize is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the winner agrees to forfeit the specified element and no cash alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of the Prize.
The $5,000 worth of Lysaght products does not include any setup or installation and the winner is responsible for all costs associated with installing or setting up products, including obtaining the relevant permission to install/setup products, as required.
