1.    These terms and conditions apply to The Beatles Competition ("Promotion"). The Promoter is Sanity Music Stores Pty Ltd, ABN 61 072 187 298, Unit 59 Greenway Wetherill Park 1187 The Horsley Drive Wetherill Park NSW 2164.
2.     Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3.    Entry is only open to persons who pre-order or order The Beatles (Cat# 5812952 5592100, 5592080, 4863108, 5592095, 4863107, 4814586, 5592053, 5592076) during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Persons”) at sanity.com.au.
4.    Employees of Sanity Entertainment and its associated retail brands, fulfilment partners and their immediate families are not eligible for entry.
5.    The Promotion commences 08:30am 27/10/2023 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 30/11/2023 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be collected.
6.    To enter the Promotion, Eligible Persons must, within the Promotional Period, pre-order or order The Beatles (Cat# 5812952, 5592100, 5592080, 4863108, 5592095, 4863107, 4814586, 5592053, 5592076) at sanity.com.au, then on the competition page they must enter their full name, address, 16 digit order confirmation number, and a 25 words or less answer to the question “What is your favourite Beatles song and Why?
7.    Only one entry is valid per person per purchase. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, IT errors or not completed properly, and such entries may not go into the prize draw for the Promotion.
8.    Please note entry is open to Australian residents only.
9.    Our judges will collect the entries once the Promotion has been completed and select the winners based on the merit of the answers received, with creativity and originality taken into consideration. 10.    There will be one (1) winner who will receive the prize of one (1) Beatles Now and Then Prize Pack

11.    The personal information and any other information supplied by Entrants when entering this Promotion will be collected and used by Sanity Music Stores Pty Ltd (Sanity) for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Promotion including but not limited to, determining the winner of the Promotion and delivery of the prize. Entrant’s details will be added to Sanity’s marketing database for the purpose of receiving future marketing and promotional materials. Please also refer to the Sanity’s Privacy Policy at https://www.sanity.com.au/help/Privacy for more information as entry in this Competition is an agreement to be bound by that policy in respect of personal information submitted in this Promotion. If an entrant’s details are removed prior to the conclusion of the Promotion and/or award of prize(s), Entrants will forfeit their right to claim any prizes.
12.    The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. Sanity reserves the right to amend or alter this Promotion at any time, without prior notice.
