https://weberqsummerchallenge.com/To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period;
• Access the Weber portal on the Komo platform by either scanning the QR code available on Channel 7 broadcast placements or promotional material distributed at the Women’s Big Bash League (“W/BBL”) matches, or by clicking the links available on social media;
• Complete the quiz available on the Komo platform. Individuals must answer seven (7) out of the ten (10) questions correctly to be entered into the draw;
• After the quiz, individuals must complete the data capture form available on
the Komo Platform and input the requested details including their first name, last name, email address, phone number, residential address, which W/BBL team they support; and then
• Click the mandatory opt-ins accepting the Terms and Conditions and consenting to Cricket Australia collecting their personal information and, if they wish, click the optional opt-in to receive Weber marketing material.
6. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. People are only permitted three (3) attempts at the quiz to be eligible for one (1) entry.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
8. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Entries will be divided into eight groups depending on the W/BBL team they support as per the capture form. The draws will take place at Anisimoff Legal, 3 Amy Close, Wyong NSW 2259 at 1:00pm AEDST on 29/01/2024. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winners will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw. Winners will be published online at
www.weberqsummerchallenge.com on 31/01/2024.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The first valid entry drawn will from each group each win a Weber Summer Prize Pack valued at $839.00, including:
• 1 x Weber Q BBQ valued at $599.00;
• 1 x Signed WBBL jersey from winner's preferred team valued at $120; and
• 1 x Signed BBL jersey from winner's preferred team valued at $120.
13. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
14. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
15. Total prize pool value is $6,712.
