Who can enter?
Entry is only available to Airnorth customers who purchase an Airnorth airfare directly through Airnorth’s website, Customer Contact Centre or an approved Travel Agent who issues airfares on TL935 ticket stock.
Eligible entrants must be Australian Resident and who are aged 18 years or older.
Employees, officers and contractors (and their Immediate Families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible.
How to enter
1. Purchase an Airnorth airfare directly with Airnorth.
2. Enter your full name, booking reference, mobile and email address by visiting the Airnorth Win page {insert link)
3. The promotion start 12:00am 07 September to 1:00pm 20 December 2023.
4. Winners drawn 12:00, Friday 22 December 2023 at 4 Lancaster Road, Marrara, Northern Territory.
The Prize
Two x return Airnorth flights with 20*kg free checked baggage and complimentary inflight refreshments.

3 nights’ accommodation in an Airnorth preferred hotel partner’s property in one of the following destinations:
Broome, Cairns, Darwin, Kununurra, Perth and Townsville. (Valued up to $1,000)

Period of travel is February 01 to June 30, 2024, should you wish to choose dates outside of this period and there is an increase in price the winner will be responsible for payment of the difference.
How the prize will be drawn
At the end of the promotional period, Airnorth will randomly select a customer via an electronic method.
The entrant drawn will have their booking reference cross checked by the Airnorth Reservations team to confirm booking was made on TL935 ticket stock through one of the following three direct booking channels: Airnorth website, Airnorth Customer Contact Centre or Authorized Airnorth Travel Agent
Terms and Conditions
1. The total retail prize value is $4,990 (AUD).2. The Travel Voucher is offered by Capiteq Pty Ltd, trading as Airnorth Pty Ltd (“Airnorth”).
3. The Travel Voucher is available for use only by Australian residents over the age of 18.
4. The Travel Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or other forms of credit and no refunds will be issued for the value of the voucher if travel plans are cancelled or altered. All costs above the value of the voucher including any change or cancellation fees are the responsibility of the winner.
5. Notification and claiming the Prize. Following the Prize draw, the winner will be notified using the contact details provided by the Entrant. The winning Entrant has 48 hours from the time and date of the notification being sent to respond, provide proof of eligibility and claim the Prize. If the Prize is not claimed by the winning Entrant within this time frame, the Prize will be redrawn and any previous winners will forgo all claims to the Prize.
6. The Travel Voucher is valid until 30/06/2024. The Travel Voucher must be redeemed by the Expiry Date.
7. The Redemption Date for the Travel Voucher is 30/06/2024. The Travel Voucher must be redeemed no later than this date or the Travel Voucher prize is forfeited in full.
8. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and at the hotel’s discretion depending on level of occupancy. All applicable booking terms and conditions apply of the Accommodation Supplier and Airnorth.
9. This Travel Voucher will be deemed fully used once a qualifying booking has been made and confirmed to be available. The Travel Voucher will not be reinstated, refunded or replaced, even in the event that the reservation is cancelled or changed.
10. Changes or Cancellation may incur charges from Airlines, Hotels or other Suppliers. The customer is responsible to pay any such charges and the Travel Voucher cannot be applied to any additional costs associated with changes or cancellations to the original booking requested by the customer.
11. There is no residual value and no credit will be issued if the booking amount is less than the Travel Voucher amount.
12. The Airnorth Travel Voucher is only valid for Airnorth Flights, to published Airnorth routes with no more than two stops in one direction.

When you are ready to book your flights, please email
marketing@airnorth.com.au the following details:
1. Passengers first and surname
2. Origin and destination
3. Flight numbers for origin and destination starting with TL
4. Departure and return date
5. Best mobile number and email address
6. Supporting copy of the voucher
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. This voucher is valid for travel up until 30 June 2024 and cannot be extended.
2. Travel must be completed by the expiry date.
3. Voucher is subject to Airnorth schedule changes and cancellation, in the event of cancellations voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Voucher ID must be quoted when making your booking.
5. This voucher is not transferable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash.
6. This voucher can be used for new bookings only and not for a refund of an existing paid booking.
7. The voucher cannot be split into separate bookings.
8. The voucher bookings must be for travel on the same flights and dates.
9. This voucher is not valid during any Northern Territory and Queensland Public and School Holidays.
10. Flights must be booked at least ten working days prior to travel.
11. Flights are subject to availability in prize booking class, advised by Airnorth at time of booking.
12. A “no show” will constitute a voluntary forfeit of the airfare.
13. Only one change [excludes name change] is permitted without penalty.
14. Changes inside of 48 hours of travel are not permitted.
15. Voucher can be used for a child booking (2-11yrs incl.) and child must travel with an adult parent/guardian.
16. Unaccompanied children are not eligible to be booked on this voucher.
17. No discount or re-compensate on of the value of the airfare will be provided for child booked on this voucher or if value of airfare booked is the lesser of the eligible routes included.
18. Teamwork Technology reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and at any stage during the promotion.
General Terms and Conditions
1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”) and New Zealand. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Airnorth including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
2. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Airnorth (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Airnorth control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Airnorth due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Airnorth; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
3. Airnorth collects claimants’/entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the claimant/entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. Airnorth will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to Airnorth for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. As per the relevant Privacy Legislation, a request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Privacy Officer of Airnorth.
