Entry Restrictions
The promotion is only available to employees who currently lease a vehicle through Smartleasing.
The directors, management and employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families, as well as the Promoters’ related companies, agencies, suppliers and all employees of the Queensland Government are not eligible to enter.
Entrants into this promotion must be 18 years of age or older as at the date of entry.
Promotion Period
Promotion commences 4:00pm [AEST] on Thursday, 7 December 2023 and ends at 11:59pm [AEST] on Saturday, 16 December 2023.
Entry Method
Subject to the Entry Restrictions above, Smartleasing customers can enter the competition if:
they are an employee of the Department of Defence and have an active novated lease with Smartleasing which has the Vehicle Maintenance Program (VMP) added
they visit the competition page at cars.smartleasing.com.au/defencepromo and fill in the entry form, telling us in 25 words or less “what you love most about your novated lease with Smartleasing” by 16 December 2023.
Customers must submit one entry only.
Prize Pool
The total prize pool is valued at RRP $2,500 (AUD) consisting of twelve (12) individual prizes being a $250 (AUD) Flexi eGift Card.
The Flexi eGift Cards will be emailed by the Smartleasing team to the respective winners within five (5) business days of judging by the Promotor.
Winners will be able to activate and redeem their Flexi eGift Card following the instructions provided in the email. Customers can choose which merchant or retailer they want to use the Flexi eGift Card at, from the list of participants, and are not limited to just one store. Flexi eGift Card credit must be allocated to retailer(s) within 3 years of receiving your Flexi eGift Card via email. Upon allocation to retailer(s), the retailer(s) Terms and Conditions and expiration dates will apply. This $250 Flexi eGift Card offer cannot be exchanged or substituted for cash or any other product.
Maximum 1 prize per person.
Judging the winner(s) of the Prize(s)
Judging of all valid and eligible entries received within the Promotion Period will be conducted by the Promoter at Smartsalarys’s premises at Level 8, 133 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 on 18 December 2023.
Twelve (12) winning entries will be selected by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) based on creativity, literary merit and originality (“Winning Entries”). This Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Winning Entries.
The Prizes will be allocated to the Winning Entries in the order that the Winning Entries were selected by the Promoter, with the twelve (12) winners being allocated one (1) $250 Flexi eGift Card each.
Notification details
Winners will be notified in writing by email within five (5) business days of the judging by the Promoter.
The name of the winners will also be published online at
https://www.smartleasing.com.au within five (5) business days of the judging by the Promoter.
