The results can serve as your guide when choosing an everyday banking, term deposits, credit cards, personal loans, as well as owner occupied and investment mortgages.
All survey entrants go into a draw to receive one of 50 annual digital subscriptions to Money, worth $57.99 each, one of five $500 Mastercard gift cards and one lucky survey respondent will receive a $1000 Mastercard gift card.
Voting closes Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 11:59pm.
Instructions:
1. Select a banking service that you use e.g. 'Everyday Banking'.
2. Enter the name of your bank.
3. Rate the bank based on a five-star rating with five stars being the highest. Please rank for product, customer service and digital experience.
4. You may add another banking service you use e.g. Mortgage, Credit Card, Term Deposit or another Everyday Savings account, repeating the steps. You do not have to submit an entry for each category if you do not use that product (e.g. if you don't have a term deposit, you can still submit an entry.)
