Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents who are 18 years and over.

Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an original receipt for the Qualifying Purchase.

Prize Draw and Game Details: Draw:
A random electronic prize draw will be conducted at Greeneagle, 5/9 Fitzpatrick Street, Revesby, NSW, 2212 (Draw Location) by a representative of the Promoter at 12 noon AEST on 19/05/24 (Prize Draw). The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn or if the Eligible Entrant or their proxy cannot attend the game.
The first Eligible Entrant with a valid entry drawn in the Prize Draw will win the opportunity to play the game for the chance to win $1,000,000 (Drawn Participant), including travel to the Game (up to the value of AUD$2,000, if required).
Game Details (“Game”):
The Game will take place at a date between 03/06/24 and 26/07/24 a time between 9.00am and 6.00pm AEST and at a location in New South Wales or the Gold Coast, Queensland (Game Location) or virtually online (e.g. via Zoom), as determined by the Promoter and published online at
www.millionairesuitcase.com no later than 01/06/24.
The Game will consist of twenty (20) suitcases:
two (2) suitcases will contain promotional messages representing GOLDEN winning symbols; and
the other eighteen (18) suitcases will each contain promotional messages representing non-winning symbols.
If the Drawn Participant cannot attend the Game, the Drawn Participant may appoint a proxy 18 years of age or over to play the Game on his/her behalf provided that the Drawn Participant gives the Promoter written, signed notice to that effect at least 48 hours before the start of the Game.
Prize money will be awarded in Australian Dollars to the winner via transfer to the winner’s nominated Australian or NZ bank account.
How to play the Game:
To play the Game, the Drawn Participant must choose two (2) suitcases without touching, handling or interfering in any way with any of the other suitcases on display. If the Drawn Participant is found to have breached this condition, he/she will be disqualified.
Outcome 1: If the Drawn Participant selects the two suitcases containing promotional messages representing the GOLDEN winning symbols, then, subject to verification by the judges, the Drawn Participant will win the Major Prize of $1,000,000.
Outcome 2: If the Drawn Participant selects one (1) suitcase containing a promotional message representing one GOLDEN winning symbol and selects one suitcase containing a promotional message representing one non-winning symbol, then the $1,000,000 prize will not be given away and, subject to verification by the judges, the Drawn Participant will win the Minor Prize of $20,000.
Outcome 3: If the Drawn Participant selects two (2) suitcases containing a promotional message representing two (2) non-winning symbols, then the $1,000,000 prize will not be given away and, subject to verification by the judges, the Drawn Participant will receive the Consolation Prize of $10,000.
Travel and Accommodation (if applicable):
Two (2) nights’ accommodation at an establishment selected by the Promoter, within the city where Game will be played (minimum three (3) stars, twin-share) is included in the prize (unless the Game takes place via Zoom, in which case no accommodation will be provided).
The Drawn Participant may select a companion aged 18 years or older to attend the Game with them and share their accommodation. The Drawn Participant must hold a valid credit card and present it upon check in at the accommodation establishment to cover any incidental or other hotel charges.
If the Drawn Participant resides within the same State/country where the Game will take place, the Promoter will provide return transport to the Drawn Participant and their guest from the Drawn Participant’s place of residence to the Game.
If the Drawn Participant resides outside of the same State where the Game will take place, the Promoter will liaise with the Drawn Participant to organise travel for the Drawn Participant and their nominated companion (aged 18 years or older) to and from the Drawn Participant’s nearest capital city (in Australia) or major city (in New Zealand), to where the game will take place (New South Wales, Australia or Queensland, Australia depending on the confirmed Game location) (“Closest City to Game”), in order for the Drawn Participant to play the Game, which will include return economy flights from the Drawn Participant’s nearest capital city (in Australia) or major city (in New Zealand) to Closest City to Game, and hotel transfers to the Game, if necessary.
Flights must be taken to coincide with the Game, departing and returning on the date/s as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes if applicable), insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers and all other ancillary costs are not included.
All travel components must be taken together as a single trip as booked by the Promoter. Once booked, no changes to the booking are permitted.
The total value of this trip component inclusive of flights, accommodation etc. is up to AUD$2,000 depending on the winner’s travel date and point of departure.
Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the flights awarded.
If the Game takes place virtually online, then accommodation/transfers/flights will not be provided and the winner will not receive any alternative or cash in lieu.
Cash Prize Conditions
The winner must provide their bank account details to the Promoter.
The prize money will be paid in Australian dollars by electronic funds transfer into the Drawn Participant’s nominated Australian or New Zealand bank account in their name.
Total Prize Pool: The total maximum prize pool (inclusive of the trip component provided for attendance at the Game) is up to AUD$1,002,000.
Winner notification: The Drawn Participant will be contacted by email and phone within two (2) days of the draw. The Drawn Participant’s details will be published at

Unclaimed Prizes: If the Drawn Participant is not contactable or does not confirm their participation of the Game by 27/05/24 at 11:00 am AEST (and there are no reserve eligible entrants drawn in remaining), the prize will be redrawn on 27/05/24 at 12:00 pm AEST at Greeneagle, 5/9 Fitzpatrick Street, Revesby NSW 2212, Australia.
The winner of the redraw will be notified by email and phone within two (2) days of the redraw. The winner will be published at

The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.

Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Participating Venues, agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.

It is a condition of accepting the prize that a winner (and his/her guest for the Game or their proxy, if applicable) may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving a prize.
If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry in the event of any inconsistency. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision will be final.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation). The winner will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
Unless otherwise specified, a prize is a single event for the winner and cannot be separated into separate events or components.
