Our customer satisfaction survey is one of the ways we keep track of our performance from year to year.


Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

    Competition entry is by completing EastLink's 2024 Customer Satisfaction Survey.

    There is one prize comprising $2,000 cash.

    Respondents to EastLink's 2024 Customer Satisfaction Survey are eligible to enter the competition.

    Employees of ConnectEast are not eligible to enter the competition.

    Entries must be submitted by 5:30pm Monday 8 April 2024.

    Only one competition entry per person.

    Random prize draw will be held at the EastLink Operations Centre, Ringwood on Friday 12 April 2024.

    The winner will be notified by phone and email.

    The name of the winner will be published in the News section of the EastLink website www.eastlink.com.au.
