1.1 Completion of the Cross River Rail NRL Dolphins survey and subsequent entry into the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority 2024 Jersey Giveaway is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority 2024 Jersey Giveaway is run by the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority ABN 21 542 690 798 of 150 Mary Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.
1.3 The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority 2024 Jersey Giveaway is authorised as a promotional game (Category 4 Game) under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld).
1.4 Entries are open to Australian and foreign residents, excluding Cross River Rail Delivery Authority employees. It is the responsibility of all persons who enter the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority 2024 Jersey Giveaway to ensure they are eligible under all applicable laws to accept the prize offered as part of the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority 2024 Jersey Giveaway.

1.6 The winner of the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority 2024 Jersey Giveaway will be notified by email.
1.7 Results of the giveaway will be published at
www.crossriverrail.qld.gov.au on the day of the draw and potentially on other social media platforms related to the Cross River Rail including, but not limited to:

1.8 The winner of the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority 2024 Jersey Giveaway will receive one (1) signed NRL Dolphins 2024 Men’s Home Jersey RRP $1,495.
1.9 The prize will be delivered to the winner within 1 month unless otherwise agreed to in writing between the winner and the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority.
1.10 The winner has a period of 3 months from the day the prize winner is decided to claim the prize. In the instance that the prize is not claimed in this timeframe, a re-draw will occur.
1.11 Personal information collected by Cross River Rail Delivery Authority will be managed in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (QLD).
