Win The Ultimate Whitsundays Getaway For 2
Eligibility: The Ultimate Whitsunday Getaway Competition is open to legal residents of Australia who are able to travel to Airlie Beach in August or September 2024, excluding school holidays. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
Entry: To enter the Competition, participants must fulfill the following criteria:
Sign up to the Mr Bean Cold Brew competition mailing list.
Purchase products from the Mr Bean Cold Brew website using the code "LOVE WHITSUNDAYS" at checkout.
Each purchase made with the code "LOVE WHITSUNDAYS" will constitute an entry, and multiple entries are allowed, increasing the chances of winning.
Competition Period: The Competition closes on May 1st, 2024. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Winner Selection: The winner of the Competition will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. The winner will be announced on May 1st, 2024, via email and/or on Mr Bean Cold Brew's official social media
Prize Details: The winner of the Competition will receive the Ultimate Whitsunday Getaway For 2, which includes:
3 nights accomodation in Airlie Beach for 2
Full Day Great Barrier Reef Adventure for 2 with Cruise Whitsundays
60 minute scenic flight for 2 with Ocean Rafting Scenic Flights
Chefs Banquet Dinner for 2 plus 2x cocktails at Eastwoods Dining & Bar
The winner can choose one person to accompany them on the getaway.
Specific details regarding accommodation and activities will be provided to the winner upon confirmation.
Cancellation and Weather: Cancellations due to weather conditions are not refundable or redeemable for cash or other prizes.
General Terms: By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Mr Bean Cold Brew reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or is deemed to be fraudulent or ineligible. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Governing Law: The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
