Legally Blonde Show – Terms and Conditions for Mother’s Day Giveaway

General:

The organiser of this giveaway is OBrien Real Estate Clark Pty Ltd (ABN 53 078 734 077), located at 33 Smith Street, Warragul, VIC, 3820, reachable by telephone at 03 5623 6466. By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. In case of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other information regarding the giveaway, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

Mother’s Day Giveaway:

The Mother’s Day Giveaway featuring 2 tickets to the Legally Blonde show and a bottle of wine (“Promotion”) runs from April 19, 2024, to May 10, 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility:

Ages 18 and above are eligible to enter, except for employees and immediate families of OBrien Real Estate Clark and its affiliated companies.

Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the start of the Promotion Period.

Winners may be required to provide proof of identity to claim the prize.

How to Enter:

    Like the Promotion post.
    Like OBrien Real Estate Clark Page.
    Tag a friend (each tag is an additional entry).

Entry Period:

Entries must be received by OBrien Real Estate Clark before the competition closes on May 10, 2024.

Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be randomly selected by a representative of OBrien Real Estate Clark within seven (7) days after the end of the Promotion Period. The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within thirty (30) days of notification, a new winner will be selected.

Prize:

The prize consists of 2 tickets to the Legally Blonde show at the Warragul Arts Centre and a bottle of wine.
The winner may need to seek independent financial advice regarding any tax implications of accepting the prize.
The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used in accordance with the conditions set by the prize supplier.

The winner may be required to sign a legal release determined by OBrien Real Estate Clark.
Winners agree not to sell or provide their story or photographs to any media or organisation without the consent of OBrien Real Estate Clark.

Prize Collection:

The prize must be collected in person from OBrien Real Estate Clark’s office within thirty (30) days of notification.

Publicity:

By participating in the Promotion, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activities related to the Promotion, including the use of their name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes, without compensation.

General Conditions:

OBrien Real Estate Clark reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
OBrien Real Estate Clark may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
OBrien Real Estate Clark is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from technical errors, theft, or unauthorised access to entries.
OBrien Real Estate Clark may disqualify any individual who breaches these conditions or engages in misconduct.
All entries become the property of OBrien Real Estate Clark, and personal information collected will be handled in accordance with these terms and conditions and applicable laws.
