Terms and Conditions
1. The Friends of the Festival Sign-up promotion will run from 9am 25 April 2024 until 11.59pm 30
May 2024.
2. To be eligible to go into the draw, a person must sign-up online as a Friend of the Festival or Best
Friend of the Festival during the promotional period.

i. Darwin Festival staff, of any capacity
ii. Spouses and/or de-facto spouses of Darwin Festival staff
iii. Darwin Festival Board of Directors
iv. Persons under the age of 18 years
4. All Friends of the Festival and Best Friends of the Festival as at 11.59pm on 30 May 2024 will
automatically be included in the draw.
5. A random prize draw will occur at 2pm on 31 May 2024 at the Darwin Festival office, Level 2,
Harbour View Plaza, 8 McMinn Street, Darwin 0800.
6. One name will be randomly selected from the database containing the names of Friends of the
Festival and Best Friends of The Festival downloaded from the DF - Red61 Ticketing System
7.13.0-1 in Excel format. The winner will be selected using the Excel RandBetween formula
applied to the database.
7. The winner will be contacted by phone within 48 hours of the draw and advised that they have
won the prize, followed up by an email with full details of how to redeem all prize elements. The
winner may be required to provide Government issued photographic identification to confirm
their full name and date of birth.
8. The prize package includes the following:
i. One double ticket for 5 individual shows of the winners’ choice, at the INPEX Sunset
Stage during Darwin Festival 8-25 August 2024 (a total of 10 tickets). Each double ticket
must be for a different show. Bookings must be made directly through the Darwin
Festival administration team by 30 June 2024.
ii. An invitation for the winner plus one guest to attend the VIP Opening Night event. The
invitation is non-transferable.
iii. A bottle of Darwin Festival Gin 2024 edition, crafted by Willing Distillery
iv. Two complimentary tickets for Deckchair Cinema, to be used in 2024.
9. The total value of the prize package is approximately $760, dependent upon the ticket price of
shows selected.
