This 2024 MECCA Beauty Election competition (Competition) is promoted by MECCA Brands Pty Ltd (ABN 11 077 859 931) (we, us or our).
By entering this Competition, all entrants (you or your) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms) and our privacy policy. Any breach of these Terms or our privacy policy may result in disqualification from the Competition.

To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other reference to this Competition, these Terms prevail.
Competition begins at 6am AEST on 14 May 2024; and ends at 6am AEST on 27 May 2024.
The Competition is open to Beauty Loop members residing in Australia and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.Employees and contractors of MECCA Brands Pty Ltd (ABN 11 077 859 931) (and their Immediate Families), our Related Bodies Corporate and the agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter.
This Competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part.
To enter the Competition, you must, during the Promotion period. log into your Beauty Loop account via www.mecca.com; opt into the Competition; and submit a vote in the 2024 MECCA Beauty Election.
Entry is limited to 1 per person during the Promotion Period. If you submit multiple entries, you will be disqualified from the Competition.We will not accept entries submitted after the end of the Promotion Period.
The time of each entry will be the time and date of receipt displayed by our internal servers.
We may, at any time:
verify the validity of entries and entrants (including your identity, age and place of residence); and
disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms or who otherwise tampers or interferes with the entry process.
Incomplete entries will be invalid at our discretion.
We are not responsible for incorrect, incomplete or late entries.
If there is a dispute as to your identity or details, we reserve the right to determine your identity or details and our determination is final. There will be 10 winners (8 winners in Australia and 2 winners in New Zealand).
The winners will be randomly drawn.
We will conduct the draw: at our office at 35-43 Wangaratta Street, Richmond, Victoria, 3121; and at 9:30am AEST on 3 June 2024.
We may draw additional valid reserve entries and record them in case: an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn; and we elect to draw on the reserve entries.
