Entry is conditional upon purchasing any Michael Bublé 100ml fragrance in-store or online at Chemist Warehouse, E-Pharmacy, My Beauty Spot or My Chemist and entering via the above URL. You must be able to provide proof of such transactions in the form of a valid purchase receipt number.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused.
(d) Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
(e) Multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted, subject to entrants holding multiple proofs of purchase with different valid purchase receipt numbers, subject to the following conditions:
(i) only one entry allowed per day during the Competition Period; and

(a) The Competition is open to Australian permanent residents over 18 years of age.
(b) The Competition is not open to:

(a) Any travel expenses over and above including travel insurance would be borne by the winner of the promotion.
5. Selecting the Winner
(a) The Competition winners will be selected by 3.00pm on Thursday 27 June 2024.
(b) The Competition winners will be randomly selected by the digital team using random number generator software. The Competition will be drawn at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC 3072 at 3:00pm.
(c) The Competition winners will be notified by SMS or email by 5.00pm Thursday 27 June 2024. Whilst the Promoter will use its best endeavours to contact the winners within the abovementioned time, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter, and can be made at any time after the Competition winners have been selected.
(d) If within one month after the determination of the winners of the lottery, a prize (other than a prize consisting of perishable goods) has not been claimed by the winner, the promoter must take all reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the prize winner. At the conclusion of the one month if the prize cannot be delivered, the promoter must notify the Office and, subject to the Office’s approval, re-determine the winner of the prize in accordance with any directions by the Office
(e) If the prize is unclaimed, the Promoter will re draw on Monday 29 July 2024 at 10.00am at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC, 3072 and publish these details on the below sites on Monday 29 July 2024 by 5.00pm. The re drawn winner will be contacted in writing on Monday 29 July 2024.

6. Publication of winner’s details
The Promoter will publish the Competition winners on the following websites on Thursday 27 June 2024 and that information shall remain posted there for at least 28 days.
