ASUS “COMPUTEX 2024 ASUS Online Launch Event” Official Rules, Terms and Conditions


This Giveaway Event – COMPUTEX 2024 ASUS Online Launch Event Giveaway ("Giveaway”) is hosted by ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (“ASUS”).

    Detailed information with respect to how to participate and win prizes in connection with this specific Giveaway, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of this ASUS “COMPUTEX 2024 ASUS Online Launch Event Giveaway” Official Rules, Terms and Conditions (collectively “Official Rules” or “Terms”). Participating in this Giveaway is deemed acceptance of these Terms. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.

    NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Participation is permitted irrespective of purchase of a product/service. A purchase will not improve Eligible Entrant’s chances of winning.  

    Employees of ASUS and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives, agencies or any other person professionally connected with the Giveaway, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons or entities, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Giveaway

    Eligible Entrant:  This Giveaway is open to at least 20 years old and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside (“Eligible Entrant”), excluding Russia, Belarus, and those regions and territories where (i) Channels( as defined below) are unavailable; (ii) participation or receipt of prizes in giveaways is prohibited, (iii) additional processes (such as registration and reporting) are required for holding giveaways or providing prizes that exceed a certain value (iv) are currently in a state of war, or (v) are places where the giveaway cannot be delivered.

    Giveaway Period. The giveaway period which is scheduled to be on June 3rd 01:00 AM PST - June 4th 01:00 AM PST (“Giveaway Period’).

    How to Enter: COMPUTEX 2024 ASUS Online Launch Event Giveaway

To be eligible for the Giveaway, during the Giveaway Period, Eligible Entrant must  
(1) Watch the COMPUTEX 2024 ASUS Online Launch Event livestream on the following channels (“Channels”) during the Giveaway Period:

(2) During the livestream, random codes will appear in the video from time to time. Participants need to collect a total of 4 digit codes.
(3) ASUS will provide a link to the Gleam raffle platform (“Gleam platform” https://asus.click/COMPUTEX24_Giveaway) in the video description on Channels. Participants must go through the link to enter and fill in required information and the random codes collected from the video.
(4) The Gleam platform will be open for 24 hours starting from the beginning of the livestream. The Gleam platform will be closed afterwards (June 3rd 01:00 AM PST - June 4th 01:00 AM PST).

7. Selection of Winners:
(1) There will be five (5) Prize winners (“Winners”) randomly selected from all valid entries received for the Giveaway on the Gleam platform.  
(2) Each individual may enter the Giveaway only once regardless of method of entry. Any additional entries beyond the first entry will be ignored, and not be eligible for the Giveaway.  
(3) ASUS reserves the right to disqualify entries which are (a) incomplete, (b) suspected of being false or answered in bad faith, (c) illegible, (d) contain sexual content or are otherwise offensive or objectionable; or (e) not in compliance with these Official Rules.  
(4) ASUS will announce the Winner on its Channels on June 7, 2024 (“Announcement Date”).  
(5) Winners shall inform ASUS of their contact information by email (global_socialmedia@asus.com) within 7 days after the Announcement Date. Failure of a Winner to provide their contact information to ASUS within this period will be deemed a waiver of the right to claim the awarded Prize. ASUS, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to conduct a redraw to select a substitute winner. Winners are required to reply to the Prize notification with their full name, physical address, and phone number in order to receive the Prize. This data will only be used for the delivery of the Prize to the Winners. Winners guarantee that all information provided is accurate and truthful. ASUS reserves the right to reject winning claims with incomplete or incorrect information.  

    Prize, Approximate Retail Value. The Winners of the Giveaway will receive one (1) ASUS Vivobook S 15 with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of ONE THOUSAND US dollars ($1,000 USD).  

    Taxes. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the Prize description. It is the responsibility of Winners' to comply (at their own expense) with any applicable laws requiring payment of any tax, duty, levy or similar impost relating to the award of the Prize, and ASUS shall have no responsibility in respect thereof.

    This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn (“Social Media”). Participant agrees to grant the foregoing Social Media a complete release regarding this Giveaway. You acknowledge you are providing your comments and information to ASUS and not to social media; and such information will only be used for this Giveaway.

    Prizes are non- transferable. The value of Prizes varies depending on region and inventory supply, while the value of products varies depending on country/region and retail channels. ASUS reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal value.
