Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over.

How to Enter:

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

a) purchase two (2) participating Red Rock Deli products (“Eligible Products”) in one transaction from any Coles supermarket or Coles online (but excludes Coles Express stores and fuel outlets) ("Participating Coles Stores");

b) visit www.redrockdeli.com.au/coles, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and postcode of residence), upload a photo or scanned copy of their receipt for the qualifying transaction; and

c) every entrant is entitled to a Minor Prize upon completing a qualifying purchase but may choose to forfeit their Minor Prize for the chance to win a Major Prize. Each entrant must choose to take either a Minor Prize ($5 Coles Gift Card) or enter the prize draw for a chance to win the Major Prize (5 Star Luxury Escape) as prompted on the online entry form.

Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an original receipt for the qualifying transaction.

The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry.

Claims and entries permitted:

Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:

a) limit one (1) entry per two (2) Eligible Products purchased in the one (1) transaction (e.g. if an entrant purchases four (4) Eligible Products in one (1) transaction the entrant will receive two (2) entries as long as each entry submitted separately);

b) limit one (1) entry per person, email address & phone number each day; and

c) limit five (5) entries per person, email address & phone number in total across the Promotional Period.

By completing the entry method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry.

Major Prize Conditions

· Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

· Major Prize must be booked and taken by 01/07/25.

· Major Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.

· All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner

· The winner and his/her travel companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.

· If for any reason the winner does not, once the Major Prize has been booked, take the Major Prize (or an element of the Major Prize) at the time stipulated, then the Major Prize (or that element of the Major Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

· The winner may choose the dates of travel from 11/10/24 to 01/07/25 excluding Australian school holidays and block out dates.

· 2024 Block out dates include but are not limited to: 23rd December – 31st December. 2025 Block out dates include but are not limited to: 1st January – 5th February, 14th April – 25th April, 9th June.

· All bookings must be made a minimum of 90 days in advance of requested departure dates.

· The winner and his/her travel companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.

· The prize is subject to booking and flight availability.

· Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the prize.

· Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description, are not included.

· The winner may be required to present their credit card at check in.

· During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.

· The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for meeting all travel and health requirements for any overseas travel. It is the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion to check with all government health authorities regarding travel requirements and eligibility. Any fines, penalties, expenditure or inability to travel as a consequence of not meeting such requirements are the sole responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion.

· The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any of the destinations or events forming part of the prize. It is the sole responsibility of winner to check government advisories and/or conditions regarding the safety and situation of any such destinations.

· If the Major Prize cannot be provided as intended due to any COVID 19 related restrictions or guidelines, the Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize in lieu.

Winner notification:

Minor Prize winners/ claimants will be notified on screen and via email. Major Prize winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw (09/07/24). The Major Prize winner will be published at www.redrockdeli.com.au on 12/07/24.

Unclaimed Prizes:

Major Prize must be claimed by 09/10/24 at 03:00 pm AEDT. In the event of an unclaimed Major Prize, the Major Prize will be redrawn in the presence of an independent scrutineer on 10/10/24 at 03:00 pm AEDT at Roilti, 51A / 23 Norton Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040, Australia. The winner of the redraw will be notified by phone and email within two (2) days of the redraw.
