1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions (“Terms and
Conditions”). Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 or older, where the
Channel Seven, and affiliate broadcaster, signal is received.
2.2 Employees, and immediate family members of employees of Seven Network (Operations) Limited
(“the Promoter”), LG (“LG”) Electronics Australia Pty Limited (“the Sponsor”), Ansible Pty Ltd, and
their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter the Competition. For the purpose
of this clause, immediate family member means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto
spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-
grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Sunday 2 June 2024 at 19:00 AEST and concludes on Saturday 13 July 2024 at 23:59 AEST
The eligible entry periods for the Competition will commence and conclude on the following dates and
times (“Entry Periods”):

3.2 The Competition will be advertised on, but not limited to, the Seven Network (“the Network”) during
Dream Home (“the Program”),
www.7plus.com.au, and supporting promotional media throughout
the Competition Period to provide details on how to enter the Competition.
3.3 COMPETITION ENTRY: In order to enter the Competition, entrants must complete the following steps
during the Competition Period:
• Head to 7plus.com.au/LGDreamHome;
• Watch the featured “Room Reveals” and vote for their favourite Room Reveal; and
• Complete all required fields in the Competition entry form and successfully submit their entry.
3.4 For clarity, “Room Reveals” refer to a variety of video content showcasing the renovated rooms
featured in the Program during the corresponding week, which will be featured on the promotional
website for entrants to vote upon. Choice of “Room Reveal” has no bearing on whether an entrant
will be eligible to win a Prize. There may be a different number of Room Reveals to vote upon each
Voting/Entry period dependent on the content aired during the Program in the corresponding week.

3.5 Entries that meet the requirements of clauses 3.3 and adhere to these Terms and Conditions will be
deemed a Valid Entry (“Valid Entry”). All Valid Entries will be entered into the Major Prize Draw.
3.6 Entries are limited to one (1) Valid Entry per person per day throughout the Competition Period.
3.7 Entrants can only win one (1) Prize in the Competition (excluding residents of SA who are eligible to win
more than one Prize).
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be Two (2) Major Prize Winners (“Winners”) in total randomly drawn from all Valid Entries
received throughout the Competition Period.
4.2 The Major Prize Winners will each receive the following Prize:

4.3 Total maximum prize pool value for the Prize is AUD $50,000.00 (including GST). Prize value is correct
as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in Prize value between
now and the ultimate date on which the Prize/s is awarded.
4.4 Prize/s are not transferable, exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise advised by
the Sponsor. In accepting their Prize, the Winners agree to participate in and co-operate with all
reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and
photographed, and the Winners grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such
footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the Winners will not be entitled to any fee for
such use.
4.5 Winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or
other organisation.
4.6 In the event that an element of a Prize outlined in the above and/or clause 5.2 is not available for
any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a similar product of equal or greater
value, subject to state regulations and the prior consent of the Sponsor.
4.7 Winners may be required to provide valid identification to the Promoter, the Sponsor and/or Ansible Pty
Ltd.
4.8 If there as a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to determine the identity of an entrant.
4.9 Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
4.10 The Promoter may require Winners to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in the form determined
by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
4.11 The Promoter may vary these Terms and Conditions at its discretion, subject to state government
legislation and the prior consent of the Sponsor.
4.12 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including
an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms
and Conditions, tampered with the entry process including but not limited engaging in any unlawful
or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Competition.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to
enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal
rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
4.13 The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an
entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that
entrant invalid.
5. PRIZE CONDITIONS
5.1 It is a condition of accepting a Prize that the Winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the
Prize and the Promoter’s and Sponsor’s requirements.
5.2 Each Winner must choose from the below selection of LG products and can select products up to a

5.3 Processing and delivery of the Prize may take up to 16 weeks from product order confirmation.
The Promoter and Sponsor are not responsible for any delays in delivery outside the Promoter
and Sponsor’s control. The Promoter will advise Winners on how the Prize will be organized
and delivered.
5.4 Prizes will be delivered to Australian addresses only. The Promoter and the Sponsor are not
liable in respect of any delivery that is dispatched before any change of delivery address is
notified to the Promoter and Sponsor.
5.5 If a Prize is delivered or provided by a third-party supplier, the Promoter accepts no
responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the Prize, any loss
or damage to the Prize, any failure relating to the Prize or failure by the third-party supplier to
meet any obligations under these Terms or otherwise.
5.6 The Sponsor does not have any responsibility or liability for any failure by the Promoter to meet
any obligations under these Terms or otherwise.
6. HOW TO WIN
6.1 This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining Winners.
6.2 Each entrant who has entered the Competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions during
the Competition Period (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the Prize Draw. Entries that do not
comply with any of the Terms and Conditions may be deemed invalid.
6.3 The Major Prize Draw will take place on Tuesday 9 July 2024 at 11:00 AEST at Ansible Pty Ltd, 100
Chalmers Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 and draw two (2) Winners from all Valid Entries received during
the Competition Period.
6.4 Winners will be notified via e-mail and phone call the Promoter within five (5) working days of the
LG Dream Home Competition 5 / 6
corresponding Prize Draw. The Winners last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the
7Plus website from Friday 12 July 2024.
6.5 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the
result.
6.6 The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a Winner being
notified or a Winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the Winner did not enter the
Competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. In these circumstances, the Promoter
will conduct a redraw to allocate the Prize to a valid Winner.
6.7 Once the Prize is accepted, Winners must deal directly with the Promoter and/or the Sponsor to
organise Prize fulfillment. Winners will be required to provide the Promoter and/or the Sponsor
with details required for prize fulfillment including, but not limited to, delivery address, contact
details and the selection of LG products they are able to select from.
6.8 In the event of an unclaimed Prize, an Unclaimed Prize Draw will take place Ansible Pty Ltd, 100
Chalmers Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 on Tuesday 8 October 2024 at 11:00 AEDT, subject to
any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner/s, if any, will be notified via e-mail and phone
