These Terms and Conditions will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other published material. By participating in the Competition, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Entries not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be eligible for the Competition.
2. The Promoter is Sussan Corporation (Aust) Pty Ltd, registered office: 11 Palmer Parade Cremorne Victoria 3121 Australia, ABN 79 772 682 378 (“The Promoter”) in conjunction with Luxury Escapes International Pty Ltd, registered office: Level 4, 68 Clarke Street, Southbank Victoria 3006, ABN 39 612 658 410.
3. This Competition (“Competition”) is open only to residents of Australia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the beginning of the Competition period, and who are not an employee of or domiciled with an employee of the Promoter or any of their affiliated companies. Only individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the date of travel can redeem all elements of the Competition Prize (as detailed in section 5) due to Indonesia laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption. These elements of the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner should they not meet the age requirement.
4. This Competition commences at 9.00am AEST on 18 June 2024 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on 1 July 2024 (the ”Competition Period”). No entries will be accepted after this time. The Promoter may terminate or alter the Competition at any time prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period.
5. The Prize consists of one $500 AUD Sussan Gift Card, $500 AUD spending money to be provided in the form of a Visa gift card, flights up to the value of $800 AUD per person for 2 people, 5 night stay in a 1-bedroom deluxe pool villa at Cross Breakers Jimbaran Bali, valued up to $3,205 AUD with travel until 30 June 2025, with the below inclusions:

Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice. Daily breakfast is served in Point Break by CROSS restaurant from 7am to 10.30am. Breakfast is semi-buffet style including appetiser, main course, bread, dessert and free-flowing sparkling wine. There will also be a rotation of daily meals that guests can choose from. Daily choice of lunch or dinner is served three-course at Point Break by CROSS restaurant. Lunch is served from 12pm to 4pm, dinner is served from 7pm to 11pm. Guests can choose any three courses from the menu, an appetiser, main course and dessert. One child (11 and under) receives free daily breakfast and daily lunch or dinner per package inclusions, and may eat free all other meals when dining with a paying adult. Daily free-flow takes place between 5pm and 6pm at Hang Loose Bar, or Point Break by CROSS restaurant. The cocktail selection will come from the bar. The staff will inform you accordingly while taking the coupon for the cocktail. Alo’e Wellness is open daily from 9am to 9pm. Last treatment from 7pm. And included massages must be pre-booked at reception on arrival.
Return private airport transfers includes a return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee toll fee and one bottle of water per person. The Winner will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Please keep an eye out for an email from
luxuryescapes@icstravel.com. Rates are per car, one way. A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage. An infant seat can be booked at IDR 35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own. The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
Tropical Temptations Beach Club includes free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas. Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu. Transport to and from the beach club is not included; however, can be arranged for a fee by emailing
luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800. Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability). Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times. Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately AUD $3.00).
6. Total prize pool value is AU$5,805. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the Prize if such component becomes available for any reason.
7. The Prize is not exchangeable for cash, and is not transferable, endorsable, or refundable under any circumstances. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by the Promoter. A Winner may not substitute, assign, exchange, transfer or redeem the Prize for cash. Award certificates have no cash, credit or refund value, and if sold, bartered or altered would automatically be void. In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a Prize, or element of it, of equal or greater value at their discretion.
8. To enter the Competition, Entrants must be signed up as a Sussan VIP, opt in to marketing communications from Luxury Escapes, follow both @sussanfashion and @luxury.escapes on Instagram, complete all mandatory fields of the Entry Form, and submit the Entry Form per the instructions before the Competition Closing Date.
9. By entering the Competition, Entrants agree to subscribe to Sussan’s marketing communications and consent to Sussan’s Privacy Policy. Entrants also agree to subscribe to Luxury Escapes marketing communications and consent to the Luxury Escapes Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
10. This Competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
11. Winners are determined by way of a prize draw (the ‘Prize Draw’). The Promoter will draw a random Entry from all valid Entries received during the Competition Period as the winner (‘Winner’). The Prize Draw will take place on 2 July 2024 before 5:00pm AEST at the Promoter’s Head Office – 11 Palmer Parade, Cremorne, VIC 3121, Australia. The Prize Draw will not take place publicly. The Winning Entrant will be notified by email (to the email addresses registered with the Promoter) on the date of the Prize Draw. The Winner must claim their Prize by responding via email. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure their email address is up to date in their Sussan account. The Promoter will take no responsibility if a Winner’s details are incorrect or incomplete and the Winner cannot be contacted.
12. The Promoter will publish the results and the Winner’s name (Last Name, First Initial, and Post Code) on its website on or before Friday, 5 July 2024.
13. The determination of the Winner will be undertaken in a fair and transparent manner with each Entrant having an equal chance of winning. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on all persons who enter this Competition, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. In the event of the Prize being unclaimed by Wednesday, 17 July 2024, the Winner of the Prize Draw will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize and the Promoter reserves the right to appoint a new Winner by conducting a Second Chance Draw. The Second Chance Draw will take place to determine replacement Winners on Thursday, 18 July 2024 at 11am AEDT at the Promoter’s Head Office. The draw will not take place publicly. The replacement Winners will be notified by email on the same day. The replacement Winners must claim their Prize by responding via email. The Promoter will publish the replacement Winners’ name (Last Name, First Initial, and Post Code) on its website, on or before Friday, 27 July 2024.
15. If the winner of the Second Chance Draw cannot be contacted within 30 days or if the Prize cannot be redeemed by a Winner of the Second Chance Draw, that Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize.
16. The winner must travel before 30 June 2025 and bookings must be made before 30 May 2025. Changes are not permitted once booking is confirmed including travel dates changes and name changes. Blackout dates over busy periods such as Christmas and New Years may apply and surcharges will apply for peak periods of travel. The Promoter will advise the Winner whether or not they can travel on particular dates when the booking is discussed. In the event the Winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
17. Where the prize involves driving, travel or an event, the Winner and any companions under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal parent or guardian over the age of 18 at all times. The Winner and any companions must abide by the laws and regulations of the country they are in. Where the Prize involves consuming alcohol and the Winner’s location is in Indonesia, the Winner and any companions must be 21 years of age or older per laws and regulations in Indonesia to participate. If this age requirement is not met, that portion of the Prize is considered forfeited. Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other expenses are the responsibility of the Winner (and their companions) including but not limited to current passports, visas, meals, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the Winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. Holidays are subject to flight and booking availability.
18. By entering this competition, and by collecting a prize, the Winner acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. The Promoter is not responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst the Winner is travelling. It is the responsibility of the winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations prior to travel
19. Travel arrangements to and from the Winner’s home and requested international airport do not form part of the prize. The Winner must travel on the same flights and itinerary as their travelling companions. The travel Prize cannot be used as part payment for another airfare package. Frequent flyer points cannot be accrued on this prize. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking and cannot be exchanged for other destinations. Travel restrictions & blackout dates apply. Prizes cannot be taken during peak periods or school holidays, and the Winner must provide all suppliers with a minimum of 45 days advance notice of intention to travel. Embargo restrictions apply during certain periods. Bookings are subject to conditions & availability (including but not limited to capacity limitations and other restrictions). Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and their travel companions. All prize travel will be subject to the carrier’s General Conditions of Carriage. The Promoter and carrier make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including local government, local consular offices and the web site of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade at
www.smartraveller.gov.au. Prizes for travel for a particular event or attraction must be taken to coincide with the event or the times and dates during which the attraction is available. Travel insurance is not included in the prize but is highly recommended.
20. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any as a result of or in relation to this Promotion.
21. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter in its sole discretion can take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
22. The Website may not be available for access from time to time during the Promotion Period and all access to the Website is at the individual’s risk. Neither the Promoter nor any related entity of the Promoter will be responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any order to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet.
23. Any costs associated with accessing the Promoter’s website are the Entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
