Eligible entrants:
Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over and who are an Existing Everyday Rewards Member with a valid email address registered with their Everyday Rewards account.
 
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions an ‘’Existing Everyday Rewards Member’’ is any person who is a Registered Cardholder of the Everyday Rewards Program. “Registered Cardholder” means a holder of an Everyday Rewards Card (“Registered Card”) issued by the Promoter excluding holders of temporary Everyday Rewards Cards.
 
Entrants must continue to be an Existing Everyday Rewards Member at the time of the draw to be eligible for a prize.

How to enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
 
a) purchase any Latina Fresh product from any Woolworths supermarket in Australia, Woolworths Metro in Australia (excluding MILKRUN and Everyday Market) or via Woolworths Online at www.woolworths.com.au; and

b) scan their Everyday Rewards Card in-store at the checkout or enter their Everyday Rewards Card number at the online checkout prior to finalising the transaction.
 
Entry will be automatically recorded on purchase.

Multiple entries permitted – entrants will receive one (1) entry into the draw for each participating product purchased in accordance with the above instructions.
 
The entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize (excluding SA residents).

Prize conditions:
The prize includes delivery within Australia. Insurance (in addition to CTP), options or extras, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The prize must be registered under a personal name (and not under a business). The winner must be able to supply a valid drivers’ license and Australian postal address. Any changes made to the winner’s address for the purposes of delivery of the prize will be at the cost of the winner. Exact delivery times may vary depending on Tesla vehicle availability.
 
If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the car in their own name, then the winner may assign the car to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the car is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion.

Prize conditions: The prize is measured by 1 pack of Latina Fresh Pasta each week for a year to equal 52 packs. The 52 Latina Fresh Pasta products will be automatically loaded to the winner’s Everyday Rewards Card after winner notification. The winner can choose any product from the Latina Fresh Pasta range to the maximum quantity of 52. The winner has one year from the day the products are loaded onto their card to redeem their 52 Latina Fresh Pasta products. The prize is redeemable at any Woolworths supermarket in Australia or Woolworths Metro in Australia only (excluding online).
 
Winner notification:
The winners will be contacted by email (to the email address linked to their Everyday Rewards account) and/or by phone (to the phone number linked to their Everyday Rewards account) within seven (7) days of the draw. The winners will be published at https://everydayrewards.com.au/competitionwinners by 08/08/24.
 
Upon completion of the above steps, the entrant may receive one or more emails from Everyday Rewards throughout the duration of the Promotion indicating they have received an entry into the draw.
 
Unclaimed prizes:
Prizes must be claimed by 02/10/24 at 12:00 pm AEST. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 03/10/24 at 12:00 pm AEST at Plexus, Level 4, 411 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. The winners of the redraw will be notified by email (to the email address linked to their Everyday Rewards account) and/or by phone (to the phone number linked to their Everyday Rewards account) within seven (7) days of the redraw. The winners will be notified publicly (and their details published) at https://everydayrewards.com.au/competitionwinners by 10/10/24.
