1. The promoter is the Automobile Association of Northern Territory Inc ABN 13 431 478 529 of 2/14 Knuckey
Street, Darwin NT 0800, Australia (the Promoter, AANT), in conjunction with United Petroleum Pty Ltd ABN 52
995 832 068, 600 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn, Victoria 3122. (United).
2. Information on how to enter and eligibility to be entered into the draw and prize details form part of these
terms and conditions. Participation is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Eligibility for inclusion in the prize draw for this competition is open to all persons who hold a valid,
unexpired AANT personal membership with no payment in arrears as at 11.59pm the night before the
respective draw, subject to clause 4.
4. This competition is restricted to members residing in the Northern Territory of Australia. All employees of
the Promoter and those companies in which it has an equity interest, and the immediate families of such
employees are ineligible to enter.
5. Competition opens at 09:00am on 13 May 2024 and closes on 30th June 2024 at 11:59pm (Competition
Period).
6. There will be one winner, who will receive a $3500 United Gift Card valid for 36 months from the date of
issue. Separate terms and conditions apply to the fuel cards that will be provided along with the fuel card and
United can be contacted on 1300 383 587 for further details of these terms.
7. Each valid purchase of fuel at a participating United Petroleum site within the Northern Territory during the
Competition Period by a person who is an AANT member and an eligible purchaser in accordance with clause
3 will be considered as one entry.
8. Multiple entries into the draw will be accepted.
9. AANT's Privacy Policy will be adhered to and can be read in full at https://www.aant.com.au/aant-privacy-
policy, however AANT reserves the right to disclose personal information to United Petroleum for the
purposes of this competition as a condition of entry.
10. The draw for the prize will take place at AANT Office 2/14 Knuckey Street Darwin NT on 4th July 2024 at
9:00am.

12. The prize winner will be notified by telephone and or electronic mail and should it be required their name
and suburb of residence will be published on Facebook and or aant.com.au.
13. Should the prize winners wish to accept the prize they must, at the Promoter's request, participate in all
promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of their prize, free of charge,
and consent to the Promoter using their names and images in promotional material (which may include
publication within NT Motor magazine, on AANT's website and/or AANT's facebook page).
14. In the event of any of the prize being either refused, or not being accepted or claimed within one month of
the draw, the draw for that individual prize will be declared null and void and a further draw will be arranged.
15. The gift card will be made available for the winner to collect from2/14 Knuckey Street Darwin or posted via
register post to be agreed with AANT and each winner. All costs associated with travel to and from the AANT
branch is at the winner's own cost.
16. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken as cash.
17. Only entries that contain the entrant's full and correct details will be eligible for acceptance.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability:
if valid purchases of fuel are not registered as competition entries for any reason;
for loss or damage arising in connection with this competition and the prizes including if the competition is
interfered with or not capable of proceeding for reasons beyond the Promoter's control;
and the Promoter's decisions in respect of the competition are final.
