STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
WHO CAN ENTER
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2 and 9.1, entry is open to Australian residents 18+ years of age only.
2.2. Employees, franchisees, and their immediate families of We Are Explorers, NEMO, Camplify, A Glass Of, Radix, Blue Mountains Tourism or any related agencies, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, or step-sister.
HOW TO ENTER:
3.1 The Competition commences on 6/07/24 at 10:00 AM AEST and closes 11/08/24 at 11:59 PM AEST (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, the entrants must complete the entry form on the Competition landing page by providing the entrant’s full name, email address, and State.
3.3 In order to enter, the Entrants must agree to receive email marketing communications from the Promoter and Competition Partners (who are; We Are Explorers, NEMO, Camplify, A Glass Of, Radix, Blue Mountains Tourism). Entrants may unsubscribe to email marketing from the Promoter and Competition Partners at any time after receipt of the first promotional email from the Promoter.
3.4 Entrants may only enter once.
3.5 By entering the Competition, each Entrant consents to and grants a royalty free perpetual licence to the Promoter and the Competition Partners to use the winning Entrant’s name, in accordance with clause 5.4 below.
PRIZES AND UNCLAIMED PRIZES:
4.1 Winners will be selected based upon their ability to answer the competition question in a way that is creative, unique, and includes any specific content required by the particular question.
4.2 The winners will be notified by email.
4.3 The MAJOR PRIZE winner will be given the CHOICE of the Nemo Lightweight Prize (RRP $3519.55) OR the Nemo Lux Prize (RRP $3459.65). The difference in prize value will be forfeited if the winner chooses the lesser value of the two.
4.4 The Camplify and Blue Mountains Tourism portions of the prize are subject to availability and travel dates. For further information you can check the Camplify Terms and Conditions here.
4.5 Camplify vehicles can only be driven by people over the age of 21 at the time of driving.
4.6 Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded in any way by the winner.
4.7 Prizes are valid for redemption until 10/08/2024.
4.8 Any prizes that remain unclaimed for 1 month after the end of the Competition Period will be awarded to another Entrant as determined by the Promoter. If required, this will occur on 13/09/2024.
SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNERS
5.1 Each Entrant who has entered the Competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize pool.
5.2 The winner will be selected based on their answer on 13/08/2024 at 11:00AM AEST.
5.3 The winner of the Competition, as determined by the Promoter, agrees to provide proof of age to We Are Explorers and any Competition Partners if deemed necessary by the Promoter.
5.4 The winner will be notified by email and will be announced on the Promoter’s social media platforms on 13/08/2024.
5.5 The winner will also be published onwww.weareexplorers.co within 30 days of the draw.
5.6 The Promoter’s decision is final.
