Eligible entrants:
Entry is only open to Australian who are 16 years and over. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to enter.
How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) purchase a Participating Product (outlined in Annexure A below) from any Subway® restaurant within Australia displaying advertising for this Promotion (“Participating Venues”); and
b) visit the promotional website (by scanning the QR code advertised in-restaurant) and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address and phone number) and the barcode number(s) of the participating product(s) purchased.
Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is the product barcode number for the qualifying product purchased (for in-restaurant purchases).
Entries permitted:
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
a) limit four (4) entries permitted per person per day;
b) limit one (1) prize permitted per person (excluding SA);
c) maximum of two (2) entries permitted per qualifying transaction; and
d) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.
