Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over.
7. Maximum Number of Entries:
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a
separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and provide a response in 25 words or less to the statement:
“Tell us why a winter escape to the Cook Islands would be your dream destination!â€
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and provide a
response in 25 words or less to the statement:
“Tell us why a winter escape to the Cook Islands would be your dream destination!â€
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually
judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
Appear on-air
At various times during the Promotion Period representatives of the Promoter will:
(a) select up to three (3) entrant/s judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the
Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website and Nova
Player App Entries submitted up until that stage during the Promotion Period (each a Selected
Entrant);
(b) contact the Selected Entrant/s on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and
not a business number) (Personal Contact Number); and
(c) if the Selected Entrant participates in an on-air segment for the purpose of the Promotion, they
will be deemed a Prize winner and will be awarded a Prize (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute
discretion).
The Promoter may repeat the process outlined above until all Prizes have been awarded.
For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants may be invited to appear in a pre-recorded segment
instead of appearing on-air for the purpose of being selected as a Prize winner and/or being awarded
a Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
9. Entry Restrictions Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home
phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for a Prize (Personal Contact Number) and
each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live
on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
12:00pm AEST and 5:00pm AEST on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion)
may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air
or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
winner and awarded a Prize.
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 5:00pm AEST Friday 2 August 2024 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid
entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
12. Prize

Holiday Prize
There are up to three (3) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• Two (2) x adult economy return airfares for the winner and one (1) companion to Rarotonga,
the Cook Islands (AUD $1,530 (incl. GST));
• Four (4) nights’ accommodation in a Premium Garden Suite at Pacific Resort Rarotonga to be
shared by the winner and one (1) companion (AUD $2,610 (incl. GST)). Accommodation also
includes:
o Daily tropical breakfasts;
o Complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi; and
o Complimentary use of snorkelling gear, kayaks, stand up paddleboards, sun
loungers & beach towels at Pacific Resort Rarotonga.
• Return airport transfers in Rarotonga to the Pacific Resort Rarotonga (AUD $180 (incl. GST)).
Each Holiday Prize is valued at up to AUD $4,320.00 (incl. GST)
Transfer Prize
If a Prize winner ordinary resides in VIC, QLD, SA or WA, the winner will also be awarded a Transfer Prize.
This Transfer Prize will comprise of:
• Two (2) adult economy return airfares from the winners’ nearest capital city in the state that
they ordinarily reside to Sydney, NSW, to be confirmed at the time of winning, for the winner
and one (1) companion
Each Transfer Prize is valued at up to AUD $1,200 (incl GST).
For the avoidance of doubt, a Prize winner will not be awarded this Prize if they are ordinarily residents
of NSW.
13. Prize Restrictions
Clauses 8 - 15
Entrants must be the holder of a current passport for international travel.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prizes
at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize
will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
Additional Prize Provider Conditions:
• Flights are subject to availability at time of prize redemption.
• Accommodation is subject to availability at time of prize redemption.
• Travel is valid 01 November 2024 to 31 March 2025 (with blackout dates from 25 Dec 2023 to
10 Jan 2024).
• Any accommodation required to meet the flight from Sydney to Rarotonga or domestic flight
connections is at the expense and own arrangements of the Prize winner.
• This prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
