Entry Restrictions Entry is open to residents of Tasmania who are over the age of
18 (Eligible Participants).
Entry Method To receive an entry, an Eligible Participant must during the
Promotional Period:
a) purchase any bag of Barastoc 20kg horse feed ; and
b) complete the online entry form accessible via the QR code,
including uploading an image of their proof of purchase
which clearly shows the product name.
Maximum Entries Permitted One (1) entry per receipt. Multiple entries will be allowed per
Eligible Participant.

Value of Prize Pool Up to $4,000 (including GST) as at the start of the Promotional
Period.
Prize Winner Determinations The winner/s will be decided by a random Prize Draw. The Prize
Draw will take place on the 10th August 2024 at 2:00pm AEST. A
total of four (4) valid entries from the Eligible Region, will be
drawn to determine the prize winners (Prize Winners). This
decision is final.
Conditions of Prize As per conditions of entry. Prizes are not transferable & cannot
be converted to cash (unless cash is offered as a prize). The
Promoter may require proof of purchase to verify the entry so
entrants are required to retain a copy of their proof of
purchase to claim the prize.
By participating entrants are deemed to have accepted these
Conditions of Entry as to how the Promotion is to be
conducted.
Prize Winner Notifications Prize Winners will be notified by email by 5pm AEST on 13th
August 2024. Any notice by email will be conclusively taken to
be duly given or made and received three hours after the time
the email is sent (as recorded on the device from which the
Promoter sent the email).
Prize Delivery Each Prize Winner will be required to nominate a Barastoc
Horse stockist (Nominated Store) to collect their prize from and
will be required to arrange and manage the collection once the
feed is available at the nominated store in the Eligible Region.
1st Prize winner may state a preference to collect the feed over
a max of 2 installments, however, the number of instalments in
which the Prize at the discretion of the Promoter.
The Nominated Store must be an existing Ridley stockist as at
the commencement of the Promotional Period.
Prize Winner Publication
Details
The first name of the Prize Winners will be published on
Barastoc Horse website competition pageThursday 13th August
2024 by 5:00pm AEST.
Prize Claim Date All prizes must be claimed by 31st August 2024 at 5:00pm AEDT.
Any prizes not claimed by 31st August 2024 will be forfeited.
The prize winner will be required to collect their prize within a
period of 12 months from the date of the prize draw. All feed
will need to be collected by 31st June 2025. If the prize is not
collected by the Prize Claim Date, any remaining elements of
the prize will be forfeited
