Eligibility
Participation in this promotion is open to all individuals who make a purchase on manshake.com.au, ladyshake.com.au, manshake.co.nz, ladyshake.co.nz, manshake.com, or ladyshake.com.
There are no age or residency restrictions; however, Cranky Health Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.
Employees of Cranky Health Pty Ltd, any of its subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter the promotion.
Entry Requirements
Eligibility for entry is granted upon purchase of any product from the specified websites.
There is no limit to the number of entries per individual, provided each entry corresponds to a separate purchase.
All entries from the listed websites will be consolidated into one single draw.
Promotion Duration
The promotion begins at 12:01 AM AEST on 19 July 2024 and concludes at 11:59 PM AEST on 11 August 2024. Cranky Health Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter the promotion period if necessary.
Medal Tallies and Prizes
Medal counts will be confirmed based on Australia's official medal tally, with Cranky Health Pty Ltd reserving the right to determine the validity of any publicly available medal tally information.
Prizes will be awarded based on Australia's performance:
For each gold medal won by Australia, one winner will receive a Product credit worth $1000 (based on RRP).
For each silver medal, one winner will receive a Product credit worth $500 (based on RRP).
For each bronze medal, one winner will receive a Product credit worth $250 (based on RRP).
No prizes will be awarded on days when no Australian medals are announced.
Winners will be announced daily on The Man Shake and The Lady Shake official Instagram and Facebook pages at 10:30 AM AEST, from July 28 to August 12.
Disputes regarding medal tallies will be resolved at the discretion of Cranky Health Pty Ltd, whose decisions are final.
Draw and Notification
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries in a single consolidated draw for all online orders across the sites listed in 1.1, with the process overseen by Cranky Health Pty Ltd to ensure fairness and compliance with all regulations.
Winners who have already been awarded a prize will be ineligible for further draws to maintain equity among participants.
Prize notifications will be issued through designated channels including social media and email. Cranky Health Pty Ltd is not responsible for any failure to receive notification of winning.
Prizes must be claimed within 12 months and are subject to the terms of use as specified by Cranky Health Pty Ltd.
