One lucky Australian resident will win two Economy Class return flights with Singapore Airlines from any of their operated cities in Australia to Singapore, for the ultimate foodie weekend including three-nights accommodation and breakfast daily at The Westin Singapore*, and a Seven-Course Dinner Experience with Wine and Temperance Pairing at Marguerite Restaurant in the Gardens by the Bay Flower Dome.

Our partnership with Singapore Airlines highlights the ease of access to the region, with direct flights four times a week between Singapore and Cairns on board their Airbus A350-900 aircraft.

To be eligible to win, guests must have tickets to any Taste Port Douglas event in 2024. Ticket holders for any of this year’s Takeover Series, presented by Singapore Airlines, will automatically receive double entries.

    Simply ensure you have purchased a ticket to any Taste Port Douglas event before ticket sales end on Sun 11 August (all existing ticket holders qualify for entry)

Terms and Conditions for the Singapore Foodie Weekend Prize

1. Eligibility
-    The competition is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and older.
-    The winner must be an Australian resident at the time of draw.
-    Employees of the organizer, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

2. Prize Details
 One winner will receive the following prize package:
-    Two Economy Class return flights from any Singapore Airlines operated city in Australia to Singapore    
-    Three nights' accommodation at The Westin Singapore, including daily breakfast. Based on 3 nights Thursday, Friday & Saturday or Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Blackout dates apply
-    A Seven-Course Dinner Experience with Wine and Temperance Pairing at Marguerite Restaurant by Michael Wilson in the Gardens by the Bay Flower Dome.
-    This prize must be redeemed by 31 March 2025.

3. Entry Requirements
-    To enter the competition, participants must have tickets to any Taste Port Douglas event in 2024.
-    One ticket is one entry but a ticket to any of the Taste Port Douglas Takeover Series presented by Singapore Airlines in 2 entries
-    Entries close when ticket sales close on Sunday 11 August 2024

4. Winner Selection and Notification
-    The winner will be selected at random from ticket data
-    The draw will take place on Monday 12 August 2024
-    The winner will be notified via email on Monday 12 August 2024
-    If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within two [2] days of notification, the organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. Prize Conditions
-    The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
-    The winner and their guest must travel together on the same flights and stay in the same accommodation.
-    The prize must be taken as stated, and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
-    The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the organizer’s control make it necessary to do so.

6. Liability
-    The organizer accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by the winner or their guest as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
-    The organizer is not responsible for any issues related to the flights, accommodation, or activities included in the prize package, such as cancellations, delays, or changes.

7. Privacy
-    Personal information provided by participants will be used for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with the organizer's privacy policy.
-    By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their name, image, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. General
-    The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
-    By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
-    The competition is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
